ACCOMMODATION

Villa Rosa offers simple and unpretentious holiday accommodation, which is immaculately presented and equipped to the high standards expected of a quality holiday home.

Villa Rosa can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms arranged over two floors as follows;

Ground Floor

The lounge, dining area and kitchen are laid out in a bright and spacious open plan design. The lounge area is amply sized and comfortably furnished with sofas and chairs and features an open fireplace for those cooler out of season evenings. The lounge area has double doors leading to the outside ‘chill-out’ area and the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped in a modern style, the dining area has a huge square table large enough for all the family to eat together, and double doors leading out to the outdoor eating area and the pool.

Also on the ground floor is a large double bedroom, full bathroom plus additional toilet with washbasin.

Upper Floor

The upper floor features 4 bedrooms, a family bathroom and an additional shower room. There is also a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the Garraf Natural Park.

Garden and Pool Area

The villa has a fantastic large & sunny swimming pool with plenty of terrace space for sunbathing and relaxation. Around the house are trees and gardens offering shade during hot afternoons as well as two large outdoor eating areas. There is a large pine dining table and chairs for family outdoor dining plus comfortable low seating for relaxation in the ‘chill-out’ area.

The 1st floor has a lovely large terrace with views overlooking the swimming pool and the natural park.

The villa has plenty of attractions to keep the kids amused including a full size table tennis table, basketball net and, of course, a great swimming pool.

There is secure off-street parking on the driveway for two cars and there is also plenty of free street parking outside the villa with no permit required.
