Villa Falco is a beautiful single-story holiday villa nestled in the picturesque pine-covered hills of Mas Mestre. Its elevated position provides breathtaking panoramic views of the Garraf Natural Park’s lush green hills. The exterior exudes classic Mediterranean charm with whitewashed walls, terracotta tiles, wooden shutters, and a modern landscaped garden featuring a designer pool area.

Inside, the villa has been tastefully renovated to a high standard, offering bright and stylish accommodations. Despite its tranquil countryside setting, it’s just a 12-minute drive from Sitges, a vibrant seaside resort with bars, restaurants, boutiques, and Blue Flag sandy beaches. Barcelona is a 45-minute drive, while the airport is 30 minutes away.

ACCOMMODATION

Villa Falco offers spacious, modern and flexible accommodation sleeping up to 10 guests. There is air conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans in the main house bedrooms for additional guest comfort.

The accommodation at Villa Falco is arranged as follows;

MAIN HOUSE

Entry to Villa Falco is through the garden and up a few steps to the front door. The open entrance leads to the attractive open plan living / dining room and kitchen. To the right there are doors leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The bright and spacious open-plan style lounge features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a smart TV, wood burner, coffee table and large French windows providing views of the garden. There is also a dining table with bench style seating for 6 or more guests. Doors lead from the lounge out to a large and partly shaded terrace furnished with dining table, BBQ and attractive lounge area.

The modern and charmingly rustic style kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances including oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and everything needed for a family self-catering holiday. The kitchen has direct access to the same beautiful terrace as the lounge.

There are also three spacious double bedrooms in the main house (1 of which can be set up as twin beds if required). All are furnished with bedside tables & lamps, wardrobe area, ceiling fans and luxury bed linen and have access to the terraces surrounding the main house and the courtyard.

ANNEX BUILDING

The annex is located a few steps from the main house and comfortably accommodates 2-4 guest with a double bedroom and a lounge area all of which lead out to the delightful courtyard that is shared with the bedrooms from the main house. The lounge area also has access to a private terrace overlooking the gardens and hills.

The cosy lounge area is nicely furnished with a sofa (that converts to a sofabed for 2 guests) as well as a coffee table and TV unit. It also features a large picture frame window capturing the views of the garden and the beautiful rolling hills.

The annex double ensuite bedroom with built-in wardrobes and bedside tables & lamps is stylishly furnished and full of light from the two sets of double doors leading to the courtyard. There is a modern shower room with toilet & double vanity washbasins.

Also for guests comfort and convenience the annex has a microwave and fridge.

A wonderful roof terrace above the annex offers partially shaded dining space for up to 10 guests and fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 – Double bedroom with storage, doors out to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 – Double bedroom, freestanding storage units, doors out to terrace.

Bedroom 3 – Double/Twin with wardrobe area, doors out to the terrace.

Bedroom 4 – (Annex) Double bed with TV, built-in wardrobe, ensuite shower room with double vanity unit & WC. Door to courtyard.

Annex lounge – offers sofabed to sleep 2 guests.

BATHROOMS

Bathroom 1 – Large walk in shower, toilet, washbasin.

Bathroom 2 – Toilet & washbasin.

Bathroom 3 – Annex – Walk in shower, double washbasins & toilet.

POOL AREA AND GARDEN

A big attraction of Villa Falco is the outside space. There are multiple terraces and beautiful tiered gardens designed to provide the opportunity for all the family to come together to enjoy a fantastic holiday in the Mediterranean sun.

There are numerous areas for relaxing, dining, sunbathing and entertaining around a fantastic 9m x 4m private swimming pool. The beautiful wooden decking surrounding the pool has sunbeds for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

For alfresco dining there is a dining table under a partially shaded terrace next to the main house as well as a gas BBQ. In addition, there is large roof terrace above the annex offering more partially shaded dining space for 8 to 10 guests with spectacular views.

The gardens include an attractive artificial lawn, graveled areas with tropical palms and a super children’s playground with 2 playhouses, slides and a sandy area to keep the little ones amused.

All of the outside areas enjoy wonderful views over the surrounding hills and vineyards.

There is unlimited and free on-street parking at the front and back of the villa and no permits are required.

We had a lovely stay here. The place is located on a beautiful hillside in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and had all the basics we needed. There are several terraces so you can always enjoy the sun. The garden is lovely, especially if you have kids running around because there are toys and it's enclosed.

The villa is beautiful with a tasteful decoration. It has plenty of space for a variety of activities. The terraces allow you to either eat near the kitchen or enjoy a superb view of the greenery. Sitges is a very pleasant little town only 15 minutes away. We'll be back with pleasure!

Great house, with a great kitchen, dinner, and living room area. and 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Additionally, there is a small guest house for another 2 guests. All very modern and practical. The wifi is very good, we did not hear any of our children complaining and there are very good cooking utensils available to do proper cooking yourself. It's a quiet area and it takes 12 minutes to get to Sitges centre. Overall great place for 2 families.

Our stay went perfectly. From the first day (very late arrival after midnight) the Sitges Hills Villa team was accommodating and available. The villa has all the facilities and comforts necessary to make a 7-day group stay (8p) very enjoyable. In terms of space, the villa is quite large, although one would expect it to be even larger from the pictures. In any case, it is certain that in a group nobody will step on each other's toes and the intimacy of each one will be preserved. Special mention for the wonderful decoration and the view! Unfortunately, Villa Falco is not suitable for wheelchair users.
