While it enjoys a peaceful location, Sitges is just a short drive away, and Barcelona is a 40-minute drive, with a host of amenities, activities and attractions nearby.

ACCOMMODATION

Villa Margarita is an impeccably presented holiday home providing the ideal accommodation and facilities for a family holiday in the sun. There is air conditioning in the living/dining area and also in all of the 5 bedrooms.

Entrance Level

Villa Margarita is located on the side of a hill and so is entered from the top level. The front door of the villa opens out to the contemporary open plan living area with beautiful arched windows that frame the beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

This open plan space offers a bright and spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a coffee table and wide-screen TV. The contemporary kitchen area is just to the left and is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and 3-ring hob.

The dining area has a large dining table and chairs seating 10 guests and the arch windows enable diners to enjoy a meal while appreciating the beautiful views of the surrounding hills of the Natural Parc. The living and dining area are air conditioned.

Two of the five bedrooms, a twin and a double with shared bathroom, are also located on this level.

Lower Level

A spiral staircase leads form the living area down to the lower level where the remaining 3 bedrooms are located. The lower level also has a utility room with washing machine for guest use.

Bedrooms

Villa Margarita can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests (max 10 adults) in 5 bedrooms fully air conditioned rooms arranged as follows;

Bedroom 1 – Twin with built-in wardrobe & A/C.
Bedroom 2 – Double with built-in wardrobe, A/C & private terrace with views across the hills.
Bedroom 3 – Small double with built-in wardrobe with A/C.
Bedroom 4 – Quadruple room with two bunk beds, built-in wardrobe & A/C.
Bedroom 5 – Master suite with double bed, en-suite bathroom & A/C.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 – Entrance level with shower, toilet & washbasin.
Bathroom 2 – Lower level family bathroom with bath, toilet, washbasin.
Bathroom 3 – Lower level ensuite to bedroom 5 with shower, toilet, double washbasin.

Pool and Terrace Area

Villa Margarita has a beautiful 8m x 4m swimming pool with plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing in the sun. It can be heated on request, at an extra charge*.  There are sunbeds and also additional outdoor seating in the chill-out area. There is also a lawned area for the children to play on.

The outside space at Villa Margarita is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean outdoor lifestyle. Guests will love alfresco dining on the warm summer evenings in the covered dining area that features a large table for up to 12 guests as well as ambient lighting at night. There is also a large built-in BBQ and bread oven for guest use.

Just outside of the kitchen is an additional dining area with an Orange tree hanging over, which is ideal for breakfast in the shade and fresh orange juice.

There is a table football and table tennis to keep all the family entertained.
