One bedroom boasts quirky furniture and a sofa bed, providing a cosy retreat. The other double bedroom offers direct access to the terrace, ensuring a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

Adjacent to the bedrooms there is the bathroom featuring double sinks and a walk-in shower. In the hallway there is also a convenient kitchenette with a sink and extra fridge stands ready to cater to your poolside refreshment needs.

A utility room equipped with a washer and dryer is also located on this level.

Level 0
Accessible via an exterior staircase or interior lift, this floor serves as the official entrance to the villa. Upon entry, you are welcomed by the bright open-plan sitting room and kitchen. The expansive space boasts a sleek kitchen island/breakfast bar, complete with high-end appliances and a kitchen TV. Gather around the dining table, comfortably seating 6 with the option to add more chairs and indulge in epicurean delights amidst the stylish surroundings.
