Villa Oasis is a remarkable designer villa located in the exclusive Quint Mar residential area in Sitges. Offering a serene atmosphere and breathtaking panoramic views of Sitges and the Mediterranean Sea, this property is a true oasis in the hills. The villa features a well-thought-out design with ample use of glass, filling the interior with natural light and showcasing the stunning vistas.

With modern furnishings, polished cement floors, and a beautiful 8m x 4m pool surrounded by a spacious wooden deck, it’s a haven of relaxation. The villa also has a self-contained one-bedroom apartment. It’s well-equipped and conveniently located, making it an ideal retreat for your holiday in Sitges.

ACCOMMODATION

Villa Oasis offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation arranged over 3 floors as follows;

Entrance Level

The villa is entered through an electronic gate with intercom that leads into a stylish and modern attractive courtyard which is lined with lush palms, olive trees and Mediterranean plants, immediately giving a sensation of peace and calm. The exterior of the villa with the large porthole window and stylish, wide entrance door hints at the excellence of the design within.

The front door opens into a mezzanine level with clean white-washed walls and cool grey cement floor. The visitor is wowed by the magnificent backdrop of floor to ceiling glass windows framing the stunning view of Sitges and the sea.

There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on this level, all bright, modern and spacious. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and large built in wardrobes.

From the mezzanine level a chic curved glass designer staircase leads down to the open-plan living and dining area.

Lower Level

The glass staircase leads down to the living area furnished with big comfortable sofas and large wall-mounted flat screen TV. To the left of the living area is an open plan dining area with dining table and seating.

The living room and dining area both open out onto the beautiful wooden sunbathing deck which surrounds a delightful 8m x 4m swimming pool and has the deep blue Mediterranean as the backdrop. There is also an outdoor lounge area complete with a chill out area with a white cool sofa and table. There is a BBQ area by the Kitchen. The whole garden area is framed with lush Mediterranean plants.

Adjacent to the dining area is a spacious, funky and well-equipped kitchen with a splash of red, and complete with American style fridge-freezer, dual electric and gas hob with a built in grill and plenty of storage space.

The kitchen area has access to another courtyard that connects to the deck area and swimming pool.

To the right of the living area is a large master ensuite bedroom complete with walk in wardrobe. The suite has large sliding doors offering direct access to the swimming pool area along with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Self-Contained One Bedroom Apartment

To the right of the dining area is another stylish glass staircase leading down to a self-contained apartment complete with a double bedroom and open plan living room with a flat screen TV and kitchenette. The apartment has a large and well equipped bathroom plus a comfortable sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

The apartment has access to the swimming pool area and also features its own private courtyard and individual entrance. Although it can be accessed internally from within the villa, it also has the convenience of being a fully self-contained space for added privacy if required.

Villa Oasis sleep up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms arranged as follows;

Bedrooms

Bedroom One – Master suite with direct access to pool, large bathroom with step down shower, walk in wardrobe and A/C

Bedroom Two – Double bedroom with built in wardrobes, bathroom, A/C & sea view.

Bedroom Three – Twin Bed with built in wardrobes and A/C

Bedroom Four – Twin Beds with A/C and sea view

Bedroom Five (Studio) Double bedroom and living room with double sofa bed, A/C & private courtyard.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1- Ensuite with double washbasins, bidet & walk-in shower.
Bathroom 2 – Double washbasins with large shower.
Bathroom 3 – Modern shower and washbasin.

Outside Space

Villa Oasis has the perfect outside space for a truly relaxing holiday.

Directly in front of the villa is the wonderful 8m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by a large wooden decked sunbathing area. There is a large sunsail with lounge seating and a BBQ area with a table for seating 12 guests just beside the pool.

The outside space of the villa is perfectly utilised to maximize the guests’ enjoyment of all-day sunshine and stunning views.

There plenty of free on-street parking at the front of the villa and no permits are required.

The villa is equipped with WIFI (6 MG) IPOD Docking Station and Free-to-View German and English TV with BBC News for the TV in the Lounge satellite signal permitting.

We had a really lovely holiday, the villa was amazing with stunning views, just one very small issue was there were only three tea towels to last for the week. We could have done with a couple more, as the dinner plates didn't seem to fit in the dishwasher, certainly not a complaint just more of a note for your future clients. We will definitely use you again and would have no hesitation in recommending your villa company to friends, the communication was excellent and the villa more than exceeded our expectations

At each and every step of the reservation process your team were professional and responsive - arrangements were easy to make and all of our questions were answered quickly and helpfully, including once we were in residence. The villa itself was superb - it was in fantastic condition and the facilities were first class, it was exactly the special anniversary / birthday experience we were looking for. All of the friends that joined us at the villa absolutely loved the place too and there was easily enough space for the nine of us that stayed there. From booking right through to our sad departure from the villa, the service from SHV was fantastic. All contact was friendly and we were told everything we needed to know at all stages. The villa itself was perfect. There were 8 of us from 16 to a few (very young at heart) 50+ and we all loved it. It's contemporary, but still relaxed and welcoming. We couldn't fault anything, but the real highlight is the outside space - great space to be together, but if anyone needed their own space, there was that too. And it seems trivial, but the information pack provided was awesome and helped us so much with food, travel and general tips about the area. Sitges is a fantastic town in its own right, and the proximity to Barcelona is a real bonus. The location of the villa is great - it's a hardy 30 minute walk into Sitges, but taxis are quick, friendly and always at hand. They're used to helping tourists with large amounts of shopping (even laden with copious amounts of food, beer and wine to satisfy 8 people!!). We would recommend a stay here if you want a great villa, near a fabulous town, lovely beaches and with a very pleasant train ride to Barcelona.' Cheers! Helen

Good to know

Bus and taxi services are easily available; however, the centre of Sitges is 25 minutes walk away (recommend the bus or taxi back).

The Garraf National Park where you can enjoy beautiful walks is opposite the house. There are also horse riding stables 5 minutes walk from the house.

There plenty of free on-street parking at the front of the villa.

We regret that Villa Oasis is not suitable for wheelchair users.
