Villa Maya offers 450 m2 of stylishly designed living space arranged across 3 floors and all set within 1,500 m2 of attractive Mediterranean gardens. The centrepiece of the front garden is the wonderful 12m x 7m swimming pool, which is surrounded by a large terrace, bordered with lush Mediterranean cactus and palms, and with plenty of sun loungers on which to relax. This side of the villa also enjoys amazing views over the rolling hills of the Garraf Natural Park with glimpses of the iconic Montserrat mountain in the distance.

The tasteful interior features cool grey ceramic floor tiles and soft wall colourings throughout. All the rooms are spacious, light and airy with air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Villa Maya offers guests a unique mix of space, seclusion, and convenience in a truly spectacular setting.

The villa is arranged over 4 floors as follows.

Ground Floor

The main entrance of Villa Maya is from street level with stairs leading up to the entrance level where the front garden and pool area are located.  From here it is possible to access all sides of the house.

The entrance to the house leads into a spacious open plan living area furnished with a very large and comfortable L-shaped sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, TV, Sonos sound system, and an attractive wood burner for those cozy out out of season evenings. The dining area offers a large table that can comfortably seat up to 12 guests.

The full length of one side of the the open plan area has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors capturing the stunning views of Sitges and the sea. The doors provide access out to a fantastic split-level terrace complete with large dining area, viewing bench and sun loungers to relax on while enjoying the amazing views.

Separated by a partition to the left is the spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar seating 4 guests. Doors lead out to the terrace and the outdoor kitchen, additional dining area with jacuzzi and sauna near by.

There is also a bathroom located on this level complete with washbasin and toilet.

First Floor

The stairs leading up to the first level offer beautiful views of the surrounding hills.  At the top of the stairs is a spacious high ceilinged hallway with 4 of the 5 bedrooms leading off it.

Located straight ahead are two  ensuites. The first is a beautiful master suite with a large 200cm x 200cm super king size bed plus an additional single Z-bed if required. The room has an ensuite bathroom with large bath, separate shower, and double washbasin. There are sliding doors leading out to a private terrace with magnificent 180 degree sea and mountain views.

The second suite has an ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and panoramic hill views.

Also located on this level is a spacious twin/triple room and a double bedroom that both share a family bathroom.
