Villa Giovanna, a stunning designer villa with 9m x 3m swimming pool, offers a memorable Mediterranean getaway with breathtaking panoramic views of Sitges and the sea. This meticulously crafted villa spans multiple levels, optimising its privileged location. Situated in a popular private residential area, it’s a 25-minute walk to Sitges’ bustling center and beautiful beaches.

There are several good restaurants and bars within walking distance of the villa, as well as tennis courts, a gymnasium, two public swimming pools and other sports facilities. Villa Giovanna seamlessly combines elegant design, stunning vistas, and convenience, promising an unforgettable holiday experience.

ACCOMMODATION
Villa Giovanna is newly built to a very high standard and the elegant use of pastel shades and grey stone ceramic flooring throughout creates an atmosphere of cool calm.

The villa is arranged over 3 floors as follows;

Entry Level
The villa is entered through a modern courtyard planted with lush palms and Mediterranean plants. The front door opens into the main area of the villa, with the first of the bedrooms (ensuite) to the left. To the right and a few steps down is the brand new, modern and fully equipped kitchen that leads around to the dining area.

Also on this level is the stylish living area with wall-to-wall sliding doors leading out to the pool and chill-out area. The living room has two large and comfortable sofas, a large TV with local channels and a coffee table. The dining area has elegant lighting and a table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. This area also leads directly out to the pool and terrace area.

First Level
On this level are three good-sized and stylish double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and some with terrace and sea views.

Lower Level
From the dining area on the main floor there are stairs leading down to the lower level of the villa where there is a small bedroom with 2 beds which can also be arranged as double bed and a bathroom opposite. This level also has access to the garage.

Villa Giovanna can sleep up to 10 adults and 2 children in 5 bedrooms arranged as follows;

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – Double bed and wardrobe, located on the main entrance level with ensuite and separate toilet.

Bedroom 2 – Master suite with built in wardrobes and ensuite.

Bedroom 3 – Double or twin beds with steps up to ensuite and terrace to the front.

Bedroom 4 – Double or twin beds and wardrobe, with two wall hung single beds and ensuite. Depending on your requirements, this room can be converted into a double, triple or quadruple room.

Bedroom 5 – Double or twin beds with shower room opposite. Lower level.

Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1 – Entrance level – shower, wash basin & separate toilet.

Bathroom 2 – First floor to master suite – bath, separate shower unit, wash basin & toilet.

Bathroom 3 – First Floor – shower, wash basin & toilet

Bathroom 4 – First Floor – shower, wash basin & toilet

Bathroom 5 – Lower Level – shower, wash basin & sink.

Terrace and Pool Area
Villa Giovanna has the perfect outside space for a truly relaxing holiday under the hot Mediterranean sun.

Directly in front of the villa is the wonderful 9m x 3m swimming pool with relaxing water jets and stunning sea views. Around the pool there is plenty of room for sunbathing and chilling out. There is a dining area at the end of the terrace with a large table for up to 12 guests providing the perfect space for al-fresco dining. A large electric blind can cover this area to provide shade and also makes this area completely private.

The villa features two large terraces. One at the front of the villa that overlooks the entrance area and the road. This is a spacious terrace that enjoys plenty of sunshine. The other terrace overlooks the pool area and offers amazing sea views.

The pool area and the side gardens can be accessed via the front of the villa or directly from the living room and dining room.

There is a driveway that provides secure off-street parking for up to 3 cars and there is also free on-street parking at the front of the villa with no permits required.

We have just returned from a fantastic 4 night stay at Villa Giovanna. A lovely villa with great facilities and stunning views across Sitges and out to sea. The pool was insanely cold, but that will teach us for taking a holiday in October! The team at Sitges Hills Villas were so lovely, friendly and helpful. A wonderful few days - already planning our return trip!

It’s a beautiful villa, lots of space and has everything you need for a large group to enjoy themselves. The view of Sitges town and the ocean from the pool was particularly nice. It’s a 25 minutes’ walk into Sitges Centre and the beach with plenty of bars & restaurants to explore. We had a brilliant time, I would highly recommend!!

An enjoyable & relaxing break with grown up family, 25 minutes stroll into Sitges to the beach & plenty of bars & restaurants. Sometimes you might need to get a taxi or a bus to get back up the hill! Some building work in the vicinity but always seems to be the case wherever you go. My daughter dealt with management company & they were sound.

There was initially a problem with the hot water but the team at Sitges Hills Villas sent someone around and got it sorted straight away. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing break.
