Accommodation:

Villa Isabel sleeps up to 10 guests in four double bedrooms and one single bedroom. There are two full bathrooms, an open-plan lounge area, kitchen, and dining room. The home comprises four floors, with the master suite encompassing the entirety of the third floor.

Some rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning, and many of the bedrooms have terraces either overlooking the gardens and pool or having direct access to the garden. The spacious pool area includes a built-in BBQ, dining table, deck chairs and chill-out areas.

This 200 m2 modern and comfortable villa is very well furnishing to a high standard and has an ambiance that will make you feel relaxed and at home.

Entrance level / First Floor:

The home’s sliding door entrance leads directly into the open-plan lounge area, which has two large sofas, coffee tables, a TV, and a desk.

Directly behind this living area is a dining room with a table seating eight guests. This leads to the modern and fully equipped kitchen which is complete with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, open shelving, and generous countertop space.

This level of the home has a built-in air conditioning as well as a fireplace for the cooler out of season evenings.

There is also a laundry facility next to the kitchen.

Second Floor:

A short flight of stairs leads to the 2nd floor landing, where directly to your right you’ll find a modern family bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and walk-in shower. The next two rooms on the right are matching double bedrooms with wardrobes and a glass door that leads to the garden. The third bedroom on this level is a single room with a wardrobe.

Third Floor:

The third floor comprises the wonderful master suite which overlooks the pool area and has access to a terrace via sliding glass doors. This room has a double bed, ample wardrobe space and air conditioning. The large, open bathroom includes a stand-alone tub, walk-in shower, and double washbasins.

Fourth Floor:

The villa’s top floor is a large open room with a double bed and plenty of space for an extra one to be added, making it ideal for families. Windows encircle the room and are covered with natural roll-down blinds.  This room has an air conditioning unit, roll-down window shades, and a sliding glass door that leads to a terrace.

BEDROOMS:

Bedroom 1 – 2nd floor – double, wardrobes, access to the pool area.

Bedroom 2 – 2nd floor – double, wardrobes, access to the pool area.

Bedroom 3 – 2nd floor – single bed, wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 – 3rd floor – master suite with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and terrace overlooking the pool.

Bedroom 5 – 4th floor – family room, double bed, extra bed, air conditioning unit, terrace.

BATHROOMS:

Bathroom 1 – 2nd floor – large walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet.

Bathroom 2 – 3rd floor – ensuite, large walk-in shower, separate bathtub, double sinks, toilet.

Bathroom 3 – Entrance level – toilet and washbasin.

GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL AREA:

The beautiful swimming pool is the focal point of the 700 m2 of sunny outdoor space at Villa Isabel. The 6m x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable and safe decking, making this the ideal place to gather for alfresco meals, relaxation, and fun.

You will find a built-in BBQ, a large outdoor table and sun beds for chilling out among the palms, and comfy seating in shady areas in which to escape the hot afternoon sun. The space is bordered by lush Mediterranean vegetation, which provides privacy from the neighbouring villas.

To the rear of Villa Isabel is the perfect ping pong area, providing the entertainment for all the family to enjoy together.
