Villa Lucia is a large, comfortable and attractive family holiday home designed in the classic Spanish style and located in Valpineda, a highly popular private residential area of Sitges.

The attraction of Valpineda is that it offers space and a sense of tranquility, and yet is only a 25-minute walk from the centre of Sitges. There are several good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the villa, as well as tennis courts, a gymnasium, two public swimming pools and other sports facilities close by.

The villa enjoys an elevated sunny position with wonderful views of Sitges and the sea from many rooms in the house. The fantastic 8m x 4.5m swimming pool and large garden areas are ideal for family fun and relaxation in the Mediterranean sun.

Villa Lucia’s location is ideal for a highly relaxing family holiday and yet it’s still very close to local amenities and the bustling seaside town of Sitges with its boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and long golden sandy beaches.

The world-famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away and numerous other world-class destinations and attractions are within easy day trip distance.

The villa is equipped to the standard expected of a quality holiday home and offers every amenity necessary to make your holiday a memorable experience.

ACCOMMODATION

Villa Lucia is arranged over 3 floors as follows;

Ground Floor

You enter Villa Lucia through a spacious hallway. To your right is the spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and fully equipped with everything needed for a fantastic holiday.

Double doors from the hallway lead into the bright and spacious living room and dining area. The living room has two large and comfortable sofas and a charming fireplace for those cooler out of season nights. The lounge has a large terrace with wonderful views across Sitges and out to the blue Mediterranean sea.

Warm summer nights can be enjoyed on the terrace with its spacious dining area with seating for up to 10 people, ambient lighting and BBQ. The terrace also has stairs giving access to the pool area and garden.

A few stairs up from the entry level hallway leads to the first bedroom with a large sofa bed. It also features a full sized piano. Double doors lead directly out onto the lovely garden and round to the pool area. Adjacent to the bedroom is a separate toilet and a shower.

Good to know

– Bus and taxi services are easily available; however, the centre of Sitges is an enjoyable 25-minute walk. The return is a steep uphill walk.

– Tennis courts, a gymnasium, two public swimming pools and other sports facilities are close by.

– There are restaurants and bars a short walk from the villa.

– Villa Lucia is not suitable for wheelchair users.

– Villa Lucia does have a short steep drive way up to the villa..

– The villa also has a few narrow stairs at the side of the villa going down to the pool.

– There is secure off-street parking for one car and unlimited on-street parking at the front of the villa.
