Villa Tropicana has been extensively modernised in recent years in order to create modern luxury living that fits perfectly into its beautiful natural environment. The result is an idyllic Mediterranean retreat with the privacy and seclusion necessary for a perfectly relaxing holiday.

However, despite its peaceful location Villa Tropicana is just a short drive to the bustling seaside town of Sitges with its boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches. The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away and numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.

VILLA INTERIOR

Inside the villa the fixtures and fittings are of a very high quality with French Oak and Pizarro tile flooring throughout. The bathrooms are modern and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary labour saving appliances as well as a Japanese Teppanyaki table. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and has been tastefully decorated.

The sleeping accommodation is flexible and can cater for up to 22 guests. Each of the nine spacious bedrooms features high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Some bedrooms have access to outside terraces and all have ample storage and wardrobe space.

The main house comprises of two ensuite bedrooms as well as three other bedrooms that can be made up as double/twin bedded rooms or as triples depending on requirements.

The apartment annex also offers variable accommodation. In addition to having its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with large walk in shower, television and private terrace, it can be made up as a two bedroom apartment or a one bedroom apartment with living area.

The brand new garden suite is the perfect new addition to the accommodation options, providing privacy and space for a large group.

BEDROOMS

Villa Tropicana can comfortably cater for up to 22 guests. All bedrooms are spacious, with high ceilings, plenty of natural light with some having access to terraces. All have ample storage and wardrobe space.

The configuration of the bedrooms can be adapted to guest requirements.

THE MAIN HOUSE

The main house comprises of two ensuites and three large bedrooms that can be made up as double/twin bedded rooms or as triples. Where a triple room is required, the third bed will be a very comfortable and durable fold up bed. The room configuration can be adapted to fit the guest’s requirements.

THE GARDEN SUITE

THE SELF CONTAINED APARTMENT

The annexed apartment also offers flexible accommodation. In addition to having its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with large walk in shower, television and private terrace, it can be made up as a two double bedroom apartment or a one bedroom apartment with living area.

BATHROOMS

Each bathroom has floor and wall tiles and the fittings are of very high quality. The walk-in showers are spacious and have variable settings for water control.

OUTSIDE SPACE

The beautiful lush gardens at Villa Tropicana are filled with majestic palms, olive and lemon trees that create a delightful playground for children… they can hide in the tree house, bounce on the trampoline, play football, hide and seek or just splash around in the fantastic 16m x 8m private swimming pool.

Meanwhile, the adults can have their fun in the chill out zone… an 80 m2 covered outdoor lounge, with comfortable seating, a full kitchen, bar and poolside dining areas… the perfect space in which to relax after a hard day sunbathing by the pool.
