This noble old farmhouse is located on the outskirts of Sant Pere de Ribes, just minutes from the popular beach resort of Sitges and only a 30-minute drive to Barcelona airport.

The 250 year old Masia Pairal enjoys extensive outside space with well-tended gardens, attractive lawns, a large patio area, covered chill-out zone, barbeque area, sauna and much more.

The real charm of the house, though, is the clever blend of the old and the new; beautiful antique furniture happily co-exists with modern, high-tech comforts. Masia Pairal is the perfect place to relax and enjoy Mediterranean life.

Another unique appeal of Masia Pairal is the rare combination of convenience and tranquility. There are numerous bars, shops and restaurants within easy walk of the house and the beaches of Sitges are just a few minutes drive away, and yet when you are in the property you feel a million miles away from the bustle and stresses of everyday life.

Masia Pairal is stylishly furnished throughout with high quality antique furnishings. The interior oozes old Mediterranean charm with original wooden beams, whitewashed walls and beautiful terracotta tiled flooring.

The house features a beautiful living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a large 50 inch Plasma TV and delightful antique fireplace for those cooler evenings. The living room opens out to the swimming pool and gardens. Next to the living room is a charming dining area complete with a grand dining table and plenty of seating.

There is a well equipped large rustic style kitchen with plenty of storage and with an additional dining table for the breakfast rush. The kitchen has direct access out onto the large BBQ area and patio.

Masia Pairal offers 650 m2 of luxurious, flexible and spacious living accommodation and has everything required for a memorable holiday under the warm Mediterranean sun.

ACCOMMODATION

Masia Pairal offers 11 double bedrooms, with 7 bathrooms all with A/C and divided over 2 floors as follows:

Ground Floor:

The Cottage Room – Queen size bed and single bed with ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.

The Cipresos I & II – These are connecting suites with a king size bed and an extendable bed plus bathroom with shower and WC. This suite gives you direct access to patio.

The Mimosa Room – Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a dress room. This room has direct access to the patio.

The Pinos Room – Queen size bed with ensuite shower and a private terrace.

First floor:

The Cerezos Room – King size bed with garden view plus shared bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

The Olivos Room – King size bed with a private terrace. This bedroom also has a shared bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

The Mare Room – King size bed with a private terrace and shared bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

The Naranjos I & II suites – These are connecting suites that both have king size beds and share a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The suites also have a private terrace.

**Additional toilets are located on the ground floor for guest use and an external toilet with a bathroom for convenience when using the pool.

**Masia Pairal is located in a tranquil residential area, therefore we ask our guests to please respect the neighbourhood and not disturb other residents with loud noise after 10pm. For this reason we have a strict no-party policy, meaning no celebrations or similar events allowed.

LOCATION:

The popular Mediterranean beach resort of Sitges can be reached within 5 minutes. It takes only 2 minutes to the motorway giving quick and easy access to the whole coastal area. The local market towns of Canyelles, Sant Pere de Ribes, Vilanova and Vilafranca del Penedes are all within a few minutes drive.

Barcelona and other world-class tourist destinations such as Portaventura and Montserrat are within an hours drive. The beautiful Pyrenees mountains and stunning Costa Brava coast are just 2 to 3 hours away and are ideal for day trips.

Additional Information

* Minimum stay of 3 or 7 nights, required depending on dates.
– Prices for up to 22 guests – additional guests or extra beds (from 23 to 24 Pax) charged additional fee of 40 Euros + 10% VAT per person per night will be applied.

– Rates include: 10% VAT, portable WIFI and final cleaning service.

– Rates do not include: Government tourist tax: 1.00 € per person/night (VAT included).

– Refundable damage deposit of €2,000 is required and should be paid 2-3 days before arrival by wire bank transfer, credit card (Paygold) or either on the day of arrival in cash (EURO). Please note that the damage deposit will be returned 14 days after check out via bank transfer.

Please note that standard consumption is included of 75 kWh / per day. At the day of check-in Villas Sitges & Eventos S.L. provides the lecture of the counters. Additional consumption will be billed at the day of the check out by CC or by cash payment. The quote for additional kwH is pending on the market situation and oscillates between 0,25€ and 0,60 € / kWh+ 21% VAT .
Water included 1m3 per day – additional consumption 4,50€ / m3 + 21% VAT. Gas included 10m3 per day – additional consumption 1,20€ / m3 + 21% VAT.

Fabulous space for a big party of family, with lots of areas to spend time . The pool was lovely and big with lots of pool inflatables to have fun with. The tennis club was just around the corner and the local little supermarkets and shops gave us everything we needed.

The pictures and description do not do this Amazing Masia Justice. We stayed there for my 50th Birthday during the second week of February 2016 with 20 friends. More then enough room, no one was crowded. The property and home are spectacular, Saskia the House Manager was amazing and helped me with every detail. The catered meals, transportation and overall response was second to none. My wife and I could not have been happier with our choice. When you are making a decision for 20 people from 4000 miles away, you do a lot on faith. Alex and Saskia and the house met and exceeded all of our expectations. If you are a large group and are looking for the perfect location close to Barcelona and Sitges, thi is it. LOVED IT! Thanks again.

After a fantastic long weekend in Masia Pairal property I need to give my review. We was a group of 14 people and enjoyed the fantastic property with lovely bedrooms and a outstanding garden with Pool, sunbeds, barbeque facilities and all you need to feel like your are in heaven. We had great support from Saskia, Aleksandra and many more before, during and after our stay. I will also recommend the Club House 27(only a few steps from the house) for lunch and dinner. They serve great dishes and many options, you won’t be disappointed… I highly recommend this for property, especially if you are a group or a large family.'

We had such a nice time at Masia Pairal. Easy access to the nearby beach as well as Barcelona (30 min drive), the giant swimming pool kept us entertained for hours. We ate the best food at the nearby Clubhouse 27, thanks for the awesome recommendation. We had an amazing time, planning to come back.
