ACCOMMODATION

The grand entrance to Villa Capri leads to all parts of the house. The spacious  Air conditioned living room offers ample comfortable seating for up to 10 guests and fireplaces make this a cosy place on those cooler out of season evenings.

The living room has two sets of double doors leading out to a spacious covered terrace with large dining table, chill-out area and BBQ. The wonderful hot tub is just steps away.

A large dining room can comfortably seat up to 22 guests and has direct access to the terrace at the front of the house.

The kitchen is rustic, spacious and fully equipped with a large fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine etc.

The Sand Bedroom is located on the ground floor. This room has an ensuite bathroom and there is also an additional guest bathroom available on this level.

From the grand entrance the stairs lead up to the first floor and a large landing with its own double doors leading out to a wonderful terrace complete with a chill-out area with a fridge and tea making facilities, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sea views.

The Blue Suite and three other bedrooms are located off this landing. Stairs lead up to Lavender Suite.

The gardens and swimming pool area are exclusively for guest use. The beautiful pool features a diving board and is situated in the gardens below the house and there is plenty of space around the pool for relaxing on sun loungers or on hammocks in the trees. Guests will find welcoming shady corners out of the hot afternoon sun. There is also a large covered terrace nearby with Ping Pong table for the whole family to enjoy.

BEDROOMS

Villa Caprici can sleep up to 15 guests as follows;

2 Suites / 4 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms (all bedrooms have air conditioning).

The Blue Suite

Located on the first floor. 60 m2 sleeping 2 to 6 guests – Double and two singes with a large sofa bed. TV, safety deposit box, air conditioning – Bathroom features whirlpool hot tub, dressing area, 2 private terraces overlooking the sea and the Mediterranean gardens.

The Lavender Suite

Located on the second floor. 50 m2 loft sleeping 2 to 5 guests – Double bedroom and delightful living room area with large 180cm sofa bed and an additional single bed if required – 2 TVs, safety deposit box, air conditioning – bathroom – private terrace with the villa´s best views.

Bedroom 1 – Sand Room

Located on the ground floor and sleeping 2 or 3 guests. Double and single bed – TV, safety deposit box and air conditioning – fully equipped bathroom.

Bedroom 2 – Green Room

Located on the first floor and sleeping 2 guests in a large double bed. TV, safety deposit box and air conditioning – shared bathroom located next to the room – large terrace with sea views.

Bedroom 3 – Orange Room

Located on the first floor and sleeping 2 or 3 guests in a large double bed and an additional single bed – TV, safe and air conditioning – shared bathroom located next to the room – romantic corner balcony overlooking the garden.

Bedroom 4 – Red Room

Located on the first floor sleeping 2 or 3 guests in a large double bed and an additional single bed – TV, safe and air conditioning – bathroom with direct access to outdoor terrace – magnificent private terrace overlooking the gardens and sea views.
