Villa De Los Leones is undoubtably one of the true 'jewels in the crown' of the Sitges Hills Villas collection and we are delighted to have the opportunity to offer this stunning and luxuriously elegant villa to our guests. 

Villa De Los Leones is situated in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Sitges and just 200 meters from golden beaches and the warm Mediterranean Sea. 

The cafes, boutiques, restaurants and other attractions of Sitges town centre are an easy 5-minute stroll away. There are very few large and luxurious holiday homes in Sitges that combine the proximity to the beach, easy access to the town centre and a spacious and private setting in in a quiet residential area.

This grand mansion is set within 700 m2 of stylish, sun-drenched private gardens complete with a fantastic 10m x 5m swimming pool as its centrepiece. There are several terraces and large lawn area surrounding the pool offering plenty of space for both sunbathing and al-fresco dining.

Dating back to the 1920’s, Villa De Los Leones has been exquisitely and elegantly refurbished to the highest modern standards, whilst still preserving and renewing many of the original features and historic charm of the mansion.

No time or expense has been spared in sourcing the correct materials to match the original style and grandeur, including the elegant marble flooring. The result is 360 m2 of stunning, grand opulence combined with modern comforts and conveniences, and all located within a short stroll of everything Sitges has to offer.

The furnishings are both luxurious and modern, and the villa is fully equipped to the highest standards expected of a premium quality holiday home.

The villa offers fully air-conditioned and luxurious accommodation arranged over four floors as follows;


A grand entrance, complete with welcoming statues of lions, leads into a stunning open-plan living space. This expansive room has windows on all sides, allowing the area to be filled with light and Mediterranean sunshine. The stylishly furnished lounge area is located to the right, with the dining area directly ahead and the modern open-plan kitchen to the left. Large French doors lead directly out to the gardens and swimming pool area.

The living area is lavishly furnished with two large and comfortable sofas, two armchairs and a stylish ottoman seat.  A 65” Smart TV seamlessly blends into the décor when not in use as if it were a painting.

The dining area is set up with an extendable dining table and chairs seating up to 14 guests.

The kitchen is brand new and features an impressive centre island, perfect for socialising while preparing meals. It is fully integrated (touch) and equipped with the latest appliances, including an extra-large capacity smeg oven and grill, wide 5-ring induction hob, fridge with wine cooler, freezer,  microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, magimix food processor and not to forget, the reverse osmosis water taps providing pure drinking water.

To the left of the entrance are a set of elegant marble stairs leading both up and down to the other floors.


This floor is full of delightful surprises and comprises two of the seven bedrooms with a shared bathroom as well as a delightful vaulted ceiling entertainment and bar area.  

The cool bar area features atmosphere lighting of your choice and is complete with a large bar, bar stools and mini kitchen behind with a large wine and drinks display fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

To the right is the entertainment area complete with a table football and a lounge area with cosy fireplace, providing the perfect spot to play family board games.   


On this level there are 4 of the 7 bedrooms, including the wonderful master suite, which is a bright and spacious room with a private balcony overlooking the gardens and pool area.

All 4 bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet.


The en-suite attic room offers delightful sea views through the large panoramic window. A large comfortable bed can be made up either as a Superking bed or as individuals. This room is spacious and has plenty of room for a cot if required.

Villa De Los Leones can comfortably sleep 14 guests in 7 bedrooms as follows;


Bedroom 1  – Upper level – master suite (Superking - 180 x 200cm) with built in wardrobes and large rear facing private terrace.

Bedroom 2 – Upper level – double or twin (2 singles of 90cm or 180cm Superking) with built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 – Upper level – double or twin (2 singles of 90cm or 180cm Superking) with built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 4 – Upper level - double or twin (2 singles of 90cm or 180cm Superking) with built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 5 – Attic – very spacious room with double or twin beds (2 singles of 90cm or 180cm Superking). Large panoramic window with sea views.

Bedroom 6 – Lower level – double bed (150cm King) with built in wardrobe – shares bathroom with Bedroom 7.

Bedroom 7 – Lower level - double or twin (2 single beds of 90cm or 180cm Superking) with built in wardrobes.

Please note that the singles are combined into Superking beds using luxury toppers so there is no joint/gap between the beds.

The bathrooms all have a walk in shower with sliding or bifold glass doors, soft-close toilet and marble worktop with integrated basin and backlit mirror above. 

Bathroom 6 is shared between the two bedrooms on the lower ground floor.

Bathroom 7 – Located in the summer house - large walk-in shower with washbasin & toilet.


The villa is set within 700 sqm of beautifully presented grounds bordered by a mixture of lush Mediterranean trees and plants.

The centrepiece of the garden has to be the fantastic 10m x 5m private swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. There is ample space for sunbathing on the artificial grass area surrounding the pool. There are plenty of stylish sun loungers and poolside seating for relaxing in the sun and enjoying outdoor Mediterranean living.

There are several areas that are perfectly set up for enjoying outdoor entertaining and relaxing with plenty of comfortable seating. This includes purpose-built circular seating around the wishing well , providing the perfect spot in which to enjoy a pre-dinner drink. 

The summer house offers an additional kitchenette complete with an osmosis water tap, an additional fridge, freezer, dishwasher and dining tables for 14 guests, which can be moved inside the main home if required. There is a portable Webber BBQ that can be placed where the mood takes you. 

The summer house also has a wonderful roof terrace, which provides additional sunbathing space and an opportunity to find some peace and quiet if required.

There is a conveniently located bathroom in the summer house and an outside shower for before and after use of the pool.

The gardens are level and provide a place for children to play and enjoy themselves safely.

  • There are two kayaks available at the villa, which can be used at the beach if desired.
