A truly stunning luxury designer villa situated in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Sitges and within an easy walk of beaches and town centre.

Villa El Vinyet is a luxurious designer villa in Sitges, close to the beach and town center. Situated in an exclusive residential area, the villa boasts 2,000 m2 of private Mediterranean gardens with a beautiful 12m x 5m pool, large terraces, and lush lawns for sunbathing and dining. While the property offers peace and seclusion, it’s just a short walk from Sitges’ golden beaches, cafes, boutiques, and restaurants, making it a unique holiday retreat.

This 300 m2 contemporary Mediterranean-style home features bright white walls, tiled floors, and spacious open-plan living areas. The furnishings are modern and luxurious, meeting premium quality standards.

The villa offers luxurious accommodation arranged over two floors as follows;

Ground Floor

The ground floor offers a large lounge area, kitchen, dining area, full bathroom and two bedrooms (1 ensuite). One of the bedrooms is the luxurious master suite with a bathroom next door, built-in wardrobes and ceiling fan. There are large windows looking out over the gardens. There is also an option to add a single sofa bed in the master suite. The second bedroom is a single with ceiling fan and convenient ensuite shower room.

The lounge features a comfortable L-shape sofa and beautiful fireplace for those cooler out-of-season evenings. There is also an entertainment system complete with TV, CD and DVD player. The lounge has high ceilings and large windows opening out to the pool area and gardens. The lounge has a bright and spacious feel.

The fully equipped and large modern kitchen features an oven, 5-ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-maker and a good sized table with bench and chairs seating 8 guests. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate dining space with comfortable seating for 8 to 12 guests. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

First Floor:

The upper floor of the villa offers a further three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom is ensuite and has built-in wardrobes, a ceiling fan and desk. It also features a private terrace. The second double has a desk and built-in wardrobes. This bedroom shares a private terrace and bathroom with bedroom with the last of the three bedrooms, which has 2/3 single beds, a ceiling fan, and desk.

Bedroom 4 – Double with, desk, built in wardrobes, shares a private terrace and bathroom.
Bedroom 5 – Up to 3 single beds, ceiling fan, desk, shares a private terrace and bathroom.

Bathroom 1 – Ground Floor – ensuite.
Bathroom 2 – Ground Floor – shower, washbasin & toilet.
Bathroom 3 – Upper Floor – ensuite – double washbasins, shower & toilet.
Bathroom 4 – Upper Floor – shower, washbasin & toilet.

OUTSIDE SPACE AND GARDENS

The villa is set in 2,000 m2 of beautiful gardens with a level lawns and two impressive palm trees. The centerpiece of the garden is the fantastic 12m x 5m private swimming pool with ample space for sunbathing all around. There are plenty of sun loungers and ample poolside seating.

There is a large outdoor dining table with seating for 12 guests and a BBQ area. A ping pong table keeps the kids entertained when they are not in the pool. The gardens are flat and provide the perfect place for the children to run and enjoy themselves safely.

Booking information

* 3 night minimum stay.
– A 280 euro cleaning and linen fee is payable.
– These prices do not include tourist tax of 1.00 € / person / day. This must be paid in cash (only) upon arrival.
– When heating is required there is an additional charge of 300€ per week.

Communication with Sitges Villas was excellent throughout the whole process from booking to arrival. The Villa itself is in a perfect position very close to the beach/supermarket and the town. Internally we had everything we needed the kitchen is fully stocked for every eventuality and everywhere was spotless. We would definitely return to this villa and I would highly recommend.

I have just returned from staying at Villa El Vinyet in Sitges. The whole process was smooth. They kept in regular contact and made everything so straight forward. We were a group of 10. The Villa is truly beautiful, airy and very spacious, especially downstairs. A huge open plan lounge, a gorgeous kitchen with everything you need and a huge table which was perfect for a sociable breakfast. There were a further 2 tables to sit and have food and drinks. The outside gardens and pools were stunning. Our favourite area was the open (covered ceiling) seated area outside to sit and relax in the evenings over looking the pool. I was so delighted we chose to stay here at this villa. Sitges is stunning. Villa El Vinyet is a 20 minute stroll along the sea front from the centre of Sitges. A taxi was about €8 one way. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Queenz is a must! San Sebastian beach is absolutely lovely. The fireworks on our final night ended our stay perfectly. Stay here you won't regret it. I can't wait to return.
