With a wonderfully privileged location on the seafront in Sitges, Villa Madonna is a truly impressive holiday home with a beautiful private heated swimming pool and landscaped gardens and all within a short walk from Sitges centre.

The villa has been completely renovated in 2020 and now offers spacious and luxurious accommodation, all fully air-conditioned, sleeping up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms.

Villa Madonna has been tastefully styled with exceptional quality to create modern and peaceful interiors that complement its seafront position. Distributed over 4 floors, a large group or a large multigenerational family can stay comfortably at the villa and enjoy the numerous terraces and outdoor spaces for relaxation or recreational purposes.

The ground floor features a spacious and bright interior living room with large leather sofas, low table and TV.  The lounge opens onto an airy outside terrace with comfortable lounge style furniture. Open the sliding doors and you will have the perfect indoor/outdoor living space. An attractive and good sized dining room accessed through an arch from the lounge easily accommodates a large table with seating for 14 guests. This space is ideal for indoor dining or as a meeting space for business retreats.

The bright, modern and spacious kitchen has its own dining terrace and is equipped with high-end Imperial appliances and all modern conveniences (microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster) making it a perfect place for chefs (both amateur and professional) to get to work. There is also access to a washer/dryer.

An elevator to the second and third floors will take you to the 6 main bedrooms of the villa and then to the attic with its double bedroom and fantastic sea views. In total, there are 7 double rooms in this villa.

The Master bedroom deserves a special mention. Located on the first floor, this beautiful ensuite has a large bathroom with jacuzzi and separate shower as well as plenty of wardrobe space. The master bathroom terrace has a wonderful view of the promenade and the sea.

Those that like to exercise will be delighted with the brand new gym complete with state of the art equipment for all-round training.
