BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The rental is comprised of the main house, an annex and a suite. The main building has 7 spacious bedrooms and 4 shared bathrooms. The first floor features 4 bedrooms and the ground floor features 3 bedrooms. The annex has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The suite has 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

The Annex
The annex is a detached building commonly found in the Spanish rural areas. The ground floor features a 6 m2 local Catalan style kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, stove with 4 gas burners, dishwasher and all necessary utilities for basic meals for the guests staying in the annex.

There is also a chill-out lounge and a terrace with pool view. It has access to a courtyard at the backside of the villa.

The annex has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The Suite
The suite is accessed via stairs. It has a lovely private terrace overlooking the pool and garden and features a 18 sqm bedroom and an ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 10: double bed (180 x 200 cm)

There are 2 additional single beds that can be added to the sleeping arrangements to make a total of 22 guests. These beds have an additional charge of 50 Euros per night for each bed.

The Maisonnette
In addition to the above accommodation there is the ‘THE MAISONNETTE’ that can sleep a further 6 people at an additional cost.

The maisonnette is only rented to host extra guests. It features two bedrooms, a bathroom and an optional sofa-bed. It has access to the courtyard and the square in front of the venue.

INTERIOR

Masia Mas Santo is a sizeable private residence with a living area of over 500 m2 for guests to enjoy. Even when fully occupied the house and gardens are still large enough to allow you as much space and privacy as you like. There is 3G WiFi internet coverage of the whole house and grounds.

Living Rooms & Lounges

The villa consists of 500 m2 of charming interior living space. From the entrance of the property, you access the house via the stairs, crossing an attractive 35 m2 terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Entering the masia on the first floor you will find the open kitchen, dining area and living space.

The dining area of 30 sqm on the first floor is located next to the open kitchen and has a large table with seating for 25 guests. The living room of 40 m2 on the first floor is located next to the dining area and open kitchen and is well furnished with 3 sofas, music stereo, flat screen TV with DVD player and a wide selection of SAT TV channels. There is also a fireplace for those cooler out of season evenings.

The former wine and olive storage cellar located on the ground floor of the main building has been converted to communal space with a sofa of 180 x 400 cm. The annex has an open kitchen of 35 m2 with dining table for 6 guests and a living area with sofa, flat screen TV with DVD player and full selection of SAT TV channels .

Kitchen Facilities

Masia Mas Santo has 2 interior kitchens and 1 exterior kitchen for guest use. The 12 m2 kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender, hand blender, dishwasher, stove with 8 gas burners, 2 ovens and 1 pizza oven, and all necessary utilities to create meals for 20 or more guests.

The 6 m2 open kitchen of the annex is a typical Catalan style kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, stove with 4 gas burners, dishwasher and all necessary utilities for basic meals for the guests staying in the annex.

The outdoor kitchen located at the pool area features a sink, fridge, small freezer, electric BBQ, dishwasher and utilities for outdoor catering for 20+ guests.

Dining Areas

The villa has several dining areas for guests to enjoy, both indoor and outdoor. The dining area on the first floor located next to the open kitchen has a big table for 25 guests and access to the terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

The dining area next to the pool is surrounded by a tiled terrace featuring a big table for 30 guests with chairs and sail shade for sun protection for fantastic outdoor meals. Larger event meals can be held in the open courtyard space in front of the house.

GARDENS & OUTSIDE SPACES

Outside is a beautiful 20m x 8m private saline swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds on the surrounding terrace on which to relax and soak up the warm Mediterranean sun.

There is also a spacious lounge area with seating for 30 guests, outdoor kitchen and BBQ as well as several private chill-out zones for quiet contemplation time. Feel free to wander through the 50,000 m2 of delightful private grounds filled with native plants and trees.

There is 3G WiFi internet coverage of the whole grounds and outside spaces. There is also a ping pong table and playground with swings and trampoline to keep the kids happy. There is also on-site parking for 30 cars.
