The accommodation is laid out as follows:

The front door leads into an entrance hallway with an open-plan living/dining room located on one side and the kitchen on the other. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located further along the hallway.

The lounge diner has comfortable sofas, TV unit and dining table for 8 guests. The modern kitchen offers an additional dining area, large American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, TV and separate utility room with washing machine.

The bedrooms are all bright and spacious with large sliding doors and access to a terrace.

The flat is located on the first floor and is accessible by lift or stairs.

The terraces are spacious and equipped with teak garden furniture, sun loungers and tables with retractable awnings to protect you from the afternoon sun.

The complex has 4 large swimming pools and 2 children’s pools, surrounded by lawns offering plenty of space for sunbathing and children to play. There is an allocated underground parking space and the complex offers 24-hour security with a doorman.

The beach is just opposite the complex and offers water sports during the summer months. There are two beach bars nearby, as well as two good restaurants and a mini-market selling fresh bread, newspapers and groceries. The town centre is a 15-minute walk away, but you can also enjoy a ride on a small tourist train that runs along the entire seafront.
