Good to know

– The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

– The apartment is located on the first floor with access by elevator or stairs.

– The terraces are large and are equipped with teak dining furniture, sun loungers and tables with retractable awnings to provide shade from the afternoon sun.

– The apartment complex offers 4 large swimming pools and 2 children’s pools, surrounded by lawned areas with plenty of space for sunbathing and for children to play.

– There is one allocated underground parking space and the complex offers 24 hour security with a porter.

– The beach is just opposite the complex and offers water sports facilities during the summer months.

– The town centre is a 15-minute stroll along the seafront. Alternatively, there is tourist ‘train’ that runs along the seafront stopping at multiple locations along the way.

– There are two beach bars very close by, along with two good restaurants and a mini supermarket selling fresh bread, newspapers, groceries and all necessities.
