ACCOMMODATION
Casa Martini is newly refurbished to a very good standard and offers comfortable accommodation distributed over 3 floors as follows;

Ground Floor
The ground floor features a bright and spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has a large and comfortable sofa, pouffe and armchair with a coffee table and a TV.  Large sliding doors provide access out to a large and sunny terrace equipped with a seating area, BBQ and dining table comfortably seating up to 9 guests.

The interior dining area is furnished with a large table also comfortably seating 9 guests. A brand new and fully equipped kitchen is located to the left of the stairs and has an additional door leading to the outside terrace.

This floor also has access to the garage and a guest toilet for convenience.

1st Floor
All 4 bedrooms of Casa Martini are located on the 1st floor. There is a good sized master suite with ensuite bathroom as well as three comfortable bedrooms that share an additional family bathroom.

Top Floor
The top floor is a large and private roof terrace ideal for sunbathing or dining while enjoying lovely views of Sitges church and glimpses of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea. The roof terrace is furnished with a dining table for up to 9 guests and a fun cool dipping tub with a couple of sun beds.

TERRACES AND COMMUNAL GARDENS
Casa Martini has two private terraces. The first is on the ground floor with direct access from the living room and is perfect for al-fresco dining on those warm Mediterranean evenings.

It’s equipped with large dining table for up to 9 guests with a BBQ and a chill-out area with a sofa, two chairs and a low coffee table. The terrace features ambient lighting to help make your summer evening more atmospheric.

The second is a large and private roof terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing or dipping in the cool tub or even just perhaps relaxing with a drink while enjoying tantalising glimpses of the deep blue Mediterranean sea.

A real attraction of Casa Martini is access to the superb communal amenities available including very large and well maintained swimming pool with shallow section for small children, a full size tennis court and a fully equipped gym. There is also plenty of space around the pool to sunbath and relax.
