Penthouse San Francisco is a beautifully presented, luxury penthouse apartment conveniently located in a new residential development in Sitges within easy walking distance to the centre of the town as well as the train station and beaches.

The outside spaces are exceptional for an apartment and there is access to a fantastic 15m x 23m communal swimming pool situated amongst attractive and well-kept gardens full of local Mediterranean plants and lush palms and a delightful children’s play area.

This fully air-conditioned Penthouse is spacious, light and airy with bright white walls and dark wood flooring. It has been stylishly furnished to a high standard and with comfort in mind.

Situated on the 3rd floor, the Penthouse is distributed over two floors in an L-shaped design.

The entrance door opens into a small hallway with the kitchen directly ahead. The living room is located to the right and the bedrooms are down the hallway to the right.

The open-plan living room and dining area are tastefully furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, low coffee tables, big smart TV (Apple TV as well) and a contemporary dining table with seating for up to 4 guests. The large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors on 2 sides of the room ensure that the communal living space is filled with natural light.   There are also sonos speakers to connect to and play your music.

These sliding doors also provide direct access to a spacious and attractive terrace, furnished with a large dining table that can comfortably seat 8 guests and offering views over the communal gardens and surrounding areas.

The modern and fully-equipped kitchen has large interconnecting doors to the living area and offers a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, double sink and microwave. The kitchen also has an additional seating area, perfect for breakfast, along with direct access out to the dining terrace.

The bedrooms are located along the hallway. The first is a double (150cm) with a Smart TV, clothes stand and chest of drawers, the views from this room are over the communal gardens. The second bedroom is a twin with built-in wardrobes and it shares a bathroom with the first bedroom.

The 3rd bedroom along the hallway is the master suite with a large double bed (160cm), built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

There are stairs leading up to the top floor of the apartment, which aside from giving access to the fantastic U-shaped roof terrace, also provides an additional large and flexible space that can be used as a TV room with a smart TV and Sonos speaker or as alternative sleeping space for up to two guests on a sofa bed (120cm) and a Z-BED.  

This room also has a small annex with a desk and chair as well as a full bathroom.

The very spacious and sun drenched U-shaped roof terrace offers 3 individual areas, each offering the chance to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. The first area is for chilling out under a sun shade on artificial grass with a comfortable sofa and low level table, the second area offers 4 sunbeds for sun worshippers, and the third area offers swing ball and a work out bench for the more active guests. 

The third section also has gas BBQ with a sink and an additional table and chairs for dining while enjoying partial glimpses of the sea.


In addition to the two private terraces that the penthouse has to offer there is also a large and well maintained communal garden with plenty of grassy areas for sunbathing or simply relaxing around the fantastic 16m x 23m swimming pool. There is also a children's play area at one end of the gardens, along with a ping pong table for enjoyment.

The Penthouse Apartment is a beautiful place to stay in Sitges, the photos of the amenities are very accurate and you can expect a 5* holiday at this apartment plus it's only a 10 to 15 minute walk through the town to the beach . There were 6 of us staying and it was so spacious, the upstairs is like a self contained unit with a sofa bed, bathroom & lots of storage, the downstairs rooms & the bedrooms are also very spacious. The outdoor spaces are amazing, very chic & comfortable, so nice to sit on the terrace & enjoy the sea views over the Sitges rooftops, the swimming pool area is great , it's so clean & well maintained. I would definitely recommend this apartment as a wonderful place to holiday in Sitges.”
