Apartment Oceana is situated in a brand new apartment block and offers stylish, comfortable and well equipped holiday accommodation, which is ideal for a family or small group of friends who only want a short walk to the beach and other amenities.

As well as having all the attractions of Sitges on your doorstep, the apartment is only a 10-minute stroll to the train station from where a frequent service runs right into the centre of Barcelona in just 30 minutes. There is also a frequent service to and from Barcelona airport.

ACCOMMODATION

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via stairs or elevator. The front door opens into a hallway that leads directly into the open-plan lounge/dining space complete with kitchen area and access to a small balcony with views over the peaceful private gardens. The balcony is west facing and is bathed in evening sunshine.

The living/dining room is stylishly furnished and includes a comfortable L- shaped sofa, smart TV with sonos sound bar and a modern dining table that seats 4 guests.

The brand new and modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a self-catering holiday, including dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, Vitro hob with 4 rings, oven, air fryer, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave etc.

The balcony located off the open plan living area offers a table and two chairs and pleasant views over the private gardens.

Both bedrooms are accessed via a door leading into a hallway from the living room. The spacious master suite is on the left and is beautifully furnished and has in-built wardrobes. This room has its own ensuite bathroom with bath, separate shower, double washbasin and toilet.

The second bedroom is located on the right and offers another double bed with built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom is just next to this room and has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
