ACCOMMODATION

The apartment has 3 elegantly furnished bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, an open plan living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

The open plan living room/dining area is tastefully furnished in contemporary style with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, coffee table, large TV (with Apple TV) music system and a selection of books to enjoy. The dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs.

The living space has direct access to a large covered balcony, complete with sun shades, which is perfect for alfresco dining or simply to sit and relax. The balcony overlooks the lush gardens and swimming pool area.

The galley style kitchen comes complete with four ring hob, built-in oven, dual oven-microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There is also a utility room next to the kitchen with a washing machine for guest use.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can be accessed by elevator.

The apartment complex has 24 hour concierge and a life guard is on duty at busy times in the pool area.
