Apartment Calipolis is a stylish air conditioned apartment situated in one of the most luxurious and well maintained complexes on Sitges beach front. The apartment is ideally located just 100 meters from the beach and a stone’s throw from the cafes, boutiques, restaurants and other attractions of Sitges town centre. The complex enjoys extensive and well maintained gardens and two fantastic communal swimming pools for guest use.

The beach front position, superb communal facilities and the closeness to numerous bars and restaurants make Apartment Calipolis the perfect choice for a Sitges holiday at any time of the year.

ACCOMMODATION

The apartment has 3 elegantly furnished bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, an open plan living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

The open plan living room/dining area is tastefully furnished in contemporary style with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, coffee table, large TV (with Apple TV) music system and a selection of books to enjoy. The dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs.

The living space has direct access to a large covered balcony, complete with sun shades, which is perfect for alfresco dining or simply to sit and relax. The balcony overlooks the lush gardens and swimming pool area.

The galley style kitchen comes complete with four ring hob, built-in oven, dual oven-microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There is also a utility room next to the kitchen with a washing machine for guest use.

The bedrooms are comfortably furnished and configured as follows:

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 – Master suite with double bed (160cm x 200cm), built-in wardrobes, french double doors leading to large balcony & ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 – Twin beds which can be made into a double with built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 – Bunk beds with wardrobe & door leading to balcony.

BATHROOMS

Bathroom 1 – Large walk-in shower, wash basin, toilet

Bathroom 2 – Ensuite to Master – bath with shower, double washbasin, toilet

GARDENS AND POOL AREA

The large and beautiful communal gardens feature two large swimming pools, both surrounded by lush lawns and attractive Mediterranean plants and palm trees. The communal area has a gate providing direct access to the sea front.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can be accessed by elevator.

The apartment complex has 24 hour concierge and a life guard is on duty at busy times in the pool area.
