This fully air-conditioned penthouse embraces a sense of openness, featuring bright white walls and sleek dark tiled flooring. Its tasteful furnishings add a touch of style, while an abundance of natural light fills the space, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere.

Situated on the 4th floor, the Penthouse features a convenient elevator that takes you directly to the front door. As you step inside, you’ll find a hallway that leads to an open plan area. This area includes a kitchen, dining area and a living room with combined work space, all connected to a beautiful wrap-around private terrace.

The open-plan living room and dining area are tastefully furnished with two sofas and a low coffee table, smart TV  and a circular dining table with seating for up to 4 guests. The large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors on 2 sides of the room ensure that the communal living space is filled with natural light.

These sliding doors also provide direct access to a spacious and attractive terrace, furnished with a dining table and offering views over the surrounding areas.
