ACCOMMODATION

The open plan living room/ dining area is tastefully furnished and comfortable with L-shaped sofa and coffee table with a TV, DVD, music system.

The dining area has a nice dining table with 6 chairs.

Off the open plan living space is a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The balcony overlooks the very large community swimming pool area that is surrounded by lush grass and Mediterranean plants.

The kitchen  comes complete with three ring hob, built-in oven, and microwave, small dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine and toaster. There is also a utility room just off the kitchen for the washing machine.

The apartment has WiFi and A/C in the living room and one of the bedrooms.

The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Bedroom One – Double bed (150cmx190cm), built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom Two – Twin Beds (can be pushed together for a double).

Bedroom Three – Three single beds (2 x 90 x 190 and 1 x 80 x 190)

OUTSIDE SPACES

The community area features a delightful 11m x 5m swimming pool, surrounded by a nice lawns and lush Mediterranean plants. There is also a table tennis table available.

The apartment is located on the third floor with a fully operating elevator. There is also an allocated secure underground parking space in the community area.

The nearest beach with a great beach bar called Bar Xavi is just a 5-minute walk away and the town is a 15-minute walk. Apartment Lily is ideally located for a great holiday in Sitges.
