Villa Tropicana has been extensively modernised in recent years in order to create modern luxury living that fits perfectly into its beautiful natural environment. The result is an idyllic Mediterranean retreat with the privacy and seclusion necessary for a perfectly relaxing holiday.

However, despite its peaceful location Villa Tropicana is just a short drive to the bustling seaside town of Sitges with its boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches. The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away and numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.

VILLA INTERIOR

Inside the villa the fixtures and fittings are of a very high quality with French Oak and Pizarro tile flooring throughout. The bathrooms are modern and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary labour saving appliances as well as a Japanese Teppanyaki table. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and has been tastefully decorated.

The sleeping accommodation is flexible and can cater for up to 22 guests. Each of the nine spacious bedrooms features high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Some bedrooms have access to outside terraces and all have ample storage and wardrobe space.

The main house comprises of two ensuite bedrooms as well as three other bedrooms that can be made up as double/twin bedded rooms or as triples depending on requirements.

The apartment annex also offers variable accommodation. In addition to having its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with large walk in shower, television and private terrace, it can be made up as a two bedroom apartment or a one bedroom apartment with living area.

The brand new garden suite is the perfect new addition to the accommodation options, providing privacy and space for a large group.

Good to know

– The villa is fully air conditioned.

– Sitges and beaches are a 15-minute drive.

– There is a grocery store/bakery a 5 minute drive away and larger supermarkets 10 minutes away.

– Although a local bus and taxi service is available you do need access to a car in order to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.

– There is off street parking plus plenty of free street parking outside the villa.

– Young children should be supervised in the pool area at all times.

– Unfortunately, Villa Tropicana is not suitable for wheelchair users.
