ACCOMMODATION

The interior design is contemporary and stylish, and the neutral colours throughout the property create a cool and relaxing atmosphere. The villa has a refreshing floor cooling system throughout the main house, which maintains a comfortable temperature all year around. There is a lift available to take you to all levels of the villa. The accommodation is distributed over four floors as follows.

Street Level

Villa Gironella is entered via an attractive courtyard filled with lush palms and Mediterranean plants. The entrance to the villa leads into a large hallway with stairs leading down to all the other floors. There is also access to a large garage which offers secure parking for up to four cars.

1^st Floor (Down)

Stairs from the entrance level lead down to a large open hallway with access to an open-plan living room and dining area, as well as a kitchen and master bedroom suite.

The beautiful living area is bright and spacious with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors along one side of the room providing spectacular views and flooding the space with Mediterranean light. The room is furnished with two large and comfortable sofas. There is direct access to a large terrace overlooking the gardens and swimming pool and with beautiful sea views.

A dining area adjoins the living room and also features floor-to-ceiling sliding doors along the full length of the room and furnished with a large dining table that can comfortable seat up to 10 guests. There is direct access to a large terrace with sea views and equipped with another large dining table seating up to 12 guests.

The large terrace shared by the lounge, dining area and ensuite bedroom on this floor runs the full length of the villa and offers a chill-out area with comfortable seating as well as a dining table. It has amazing views of the sea and Sitges centre and is ideal for alfresco dining or simply enjoying a drink while appreciating the views.

The kitchen at Villa Gironella is very spacious and fully equipped with brand new appliances including American style fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine and a bench style dining area, perfect for enjoying breakfast. The kitchen has direct access to the dining area.

One of the six bedrooms is located on this level. This is a large ensuite double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a private bathroom and direct access to the main terrace.

The hallway has doors leading to a courtyard offering another private outdoor seating area with views as well as access to a guest annex with double bedroom, bathroom, and A/C.

Lower level

The lower level of Villa Gironella features two beautiful ensuites and two double/twin bedrooms.

One of the ensuites is a large double with a bathroom including Jacuzzi bath, large walk-in shower, double washbasins, and separate toilet. There is access to a private terrace overlooking the pool area and with beautiful sea views. The second ensuite is a spacious double with bathroom.

This floor also features an entertainment room, complete with a ping pong, Futbolin and PlayStation and offers the ideal space for evening entertainment for the whole family.

Basement Level

The ‘fitness level’ offers a large sauna, gym area and double showers. There is ample floor space for exercising and doors leading out to the pool area for a cooling dip.

GARDEN AND POOL AREA

The main feature of the gardens at Villa Gironella is a fantastic swimming pool, surrounded by large sun-drenched terraces offering plenty of space for sunbathing. The pool area has stunning sea views and offers the perfect ambiance for relaxing and enjoying the warm Mediterranean sunshine on one of the sun loungers.

Just a step down from the pool area is a lush green lawn and gardens planted with palms and native Mediterranean plants, offering shady corners and a safe place for children to play.

There is secure off-street and shaded parking for four cars at the villa. There is also unlimited and free on-street parking at the front of the villa and no permits are required.
