Here you’ll find a dining table for 10, ideal for long outdoor lunches or dinners under the stars. Tucked away in this garden area is a charming guest suite with twin beds, perfect for teens or visitors who like a little extra independence.

Step inside and you’re greeted by a light-filled open-plan living area with soaring ceilings and hillside views. The stylish lounge, with its fireplace and comfy seating, flows into a dining space for 12. On the other side, a sleek designer kitchen with a large island makes cooking a joy. Whether you’re preparing a casual breakfast or a group feast, this kitchen is fully equipped for it. From this main level, you also have direct views of the pool terrace. A twin bedroom and a guest bathroom complete this floor.

Lower Level: Entertainment & Wellness

Head downstairs and you’ll find the villa’s social heart. A cozy lounge with a cinema-style projector opens directly onto the pool terrace—perfect for movie nights or lazy afternoons. For fitness enthusiasts, there’s a fully equipped private gym. This floor also hosts a completely independent suite with its own double bedroom, kitchen, lounge, TV, and ensuite bathroom—great for anyone who values privacy.

Upper Level: Bedrooms with a View

Upstairs, a glass-railed mezzanine walkway leads to the master suite. Here you’ll enjoy a king-size bed, dressing room, and spa-like bathroom with jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks. Villa Essence is set in Can Suria, a quiet hillside neighborhood surrounded by nature. It feels peaceful and secluded, yet in just:

20 minutes you’re in Sitges, with its beaches, restaurants, and nightlife.

40 minutes you can reach Barcelona and the international airport.

There is a good quality restaurant only a 5-minute drive away and supermarket, cafes and other amenities within 10 minutes.

This balance of tranquility and convenience makes the villa an excellent choice for families, friend groups, and even business or wellness retreats.
