Villa Miami is a stunning modern designer villa with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the iconic Montserrat mountain. It boasts a private swimming pool and sun-drenched terraces, making it ideal for a wonderful family holiday in the sun. Located just a 5-minute drive from Canyelles village, it offers convenience with shops, restaurants, and amenities.

The villa’s proximity to walking trails and cycle paths provides opportunities for exploring the local hills, pine forests, and historic sites. Despite its tranquil setting, it’s an easy 20-minute drive to the lively seaside resort of Sitges and only 10 minutes to Vilanova, both offering a wide selection of beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. Villa Miami is just a 30-minute drive from Barcelona airport.

ACCOMMODATION

Built in 2019, Villa Miami is a modern and fully air-conditioned holiday home that oozes cool contemporary style.

The intelligent design and large windows mean that the main living areas and bedrooms are filled with bright Mediterranean light and take maximum advantage of the amazing panoramic views. The interior furnishings and decor are modern and stylish with bright white walls, cool grey tiled floors and uncluttered open spaces, all of which combine to create the perfect environment for a relaxing holiday.

The villa is accessed through a courtyard at the front of the property. The front door opens into a spacious hallway with storage space. To the left is a bright and spacious open-plan living space that includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area which connects seamlessly with the lounge. Each section has sliding doors leading out to the terraces and pool area.

The spacious lounge area is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a large TV and coffee table.

The dining area features a large dining table and chairs for up to 12 guests.

The kitchen is equipped with oven/microwave, built-in coffee machine, instant hot water tap, wine chiller, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. There is also a large island with 4-ring induction hob. The kitchen has everything necessary for creating delicious family meals during your stay.

Also on this floor is the first of the 6 bedrooms. This is a master suite with direct access to the gardens and pool area and spectacular views out to sea. This is a stylishly furnished bedroom with built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a conveniently located guest toilet on this floor.

The other 5 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The first is a twin with beautiful views of the famous Montserrat mountain, the 2^nd a corner master suite with stunning views out to sea, private terrace and ensuite bathroom. Further along the corridor are two identical ensuite twin bedrooms sharing a balcony with sea views and overlooking the pool area.

The fifth bedroom is located at the end of the corridor and is also a corner suite with a private terrace and ensuite bathroom.

Villa Miami can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms as follows;

Bedroom 1 – Ground floor – king size double bed (160 x 200), built-in wardrobe and access to the gardens and pool area. Stunning views.
Bedroom 2 – 1st floor – twin/double with wardrobes. Views of Montserrat.
Bedroom 3 – 1st floor – corner suite with king size bed, ensuite, built-in wardrobes, private terrace with sea views.
Bedroom 4 – 1st floor – twin/double, ensuite, built-in wardrobes, access to a terrace shared with bedroom 5.
Bedroom 5 – 1st floor – twin/double, ensuite, built in wardrobes and access to terrace.
Bedroom 6 – 1st floor – corner suite with king size bed, ensuite, built in wardrobes, private terrace with sea views.

Bathroom 1 – Ground floor guest room with toilet & washbasin.
Bathroom 2 – Ensuite to 1^st bedroom  – large walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet with bidet.
Bathroom 3 – 1st floor – ensuite to 3^rd bedroom – walk in Shower, double washbasin & toilet with bidet.
Bathroom 4 – 1^st floor  – ensuite to 4^th bedroom – walk-in shower, double washbasin toilet with bidet.

Swimming Pool and Gardens

A major feature of Villa Miami is the fantastic turquoise coloured swimming pool with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside and out to the deep blue Mediterranean Sea. The gardens and terraces around the pool provide ample space for sunbathing, relaxing and playing.

Directly in front of the villa and overlooking the pool area is a fabulous covered terrace with large dining table with seating for 12 guests. A gas BBQ makes it the ideal space for alfresco dining while enjoying the spectacular views. The terrace also features a cool chill-out area with comfortable low-level seating providing the perfect place for relaxing with a drink and a book.

The pool area has 8 sunbeds and 2 lounge chairs provided. There are two large dining areas, inside and out plus a trampoline to keep the children entertained.

The villa was more than spacious for us all, the views are wonderful, the location is a perfect distance to the local supermarket, Sitges and Barcelona yet far away enough to have peace and quiet. The house is clean, modern and calm with all kinds of bonus features (I personally loved the coffee machine). Villa offers a lot of space for 8 people and the kitchen is well equipped. A great fully automatic coffee machine conjures up delicious coffee creations on the table every morning. The bathrooms are very large and you have a view of the sea while showering. The bedrooms are also very large and offer plenty of storage space for clothes and utensils. The mattress is extremely comfortable. The outdoor area is designed with an artificial grass, which is especially great for children. The pool is huge and beautiful. However, we were in the villa in mid-May, so the water was still quite cold and we could hardly use the pool.
