ACCOMMODATION

Entrance level:
From the elevator there are a few more steps up to reach the main entrance.  The main entrance leads into a hallway with access to stairs leading up to the kitchen diner area and beyond or to the very spacious living room which offers two areas of relaxation.  To the left, a cosy room awaits, featuring double sofas and a fireplace. On the right, you’ll find an inviting L-shaped sofa and a sizable television, perfect for movie night entertainment.

This bright and stylishly decorated space seamlessly transitions to double glass doors, unveiling a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Complete with a serene chill-out area and a spacious dining table, the terrace offers sweeping vistas of Sitges and the Mediterranean Sea, setting the scene for unforgettable moments.

Level 1:
Ascend the glass-enclosed staircase of this multi-level property from the main entrance to discover a well-appointed kitchen on the first upper level. Modern amenities include a fridge, freezer, electric stovetop, double sink, and dishwasher, complemented by a substantial island which points in the direction of the amazing views over Sitges —an ideal hub for culinary creations. Adjacent, a large wooden dining table comfortably seats 10, encouraging gatherings and shared meals.

Step through the door to the outdoor area, where a dining table and BBQ promise delightful al fresco dining experiences under a charming pergola. This outdoor oasis leads to a grass area and a door that opens directly to the Garraf Natural Park—nature’s playground right on your doorstep! From here, enjoy easy access to the living room terrace or descend to the pool area.

Finishing off this level, a cosy double ensuite provides privacy and convenience, complemented by an extra guest bathroom.

Level 2:
A few more stairs take you to the second level of Villa Havana to discover the luxurious master suite. This room features a 180 x 200cm bed, air conditioning, a large TV, and a walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom includes two sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, a bidet, and a toilet.

Through the glass doors, access your private terrace, furnished with a cosy chill-out chair and a small dining table. From here, enjoy a private sanctuary with stunning views of Sitges.

Level 3:
Ascending to an additional level of Villa Havana reveals another living room and three inviting bedrooms. The living room offers a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and air conditioning—a perfect retreat for relaxation or accommodating extra guests.

Adjacent, an ensuite double bedroom offers further comfort, complete with a TV, air conditioning unit and a bathroom with a bath, shower, sink, and toilet.

Venture down the hallway to the left to find a pair of double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and a TV for added comfort. These bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink, ensuring convenience for all guests.
