Set in 1,000 m² of lush gardens wrapped around the house, the villa is made for outdoor living: a private heated pool (optional – additional fee applies), a covered outdoor gym, a shaded bar with low sofas, and cosy corners beneath olive, lemon and fig trees. Inside, warm colours, contemporary furnishings and playful artwork make for a distinctive, welcoming home — all on one level, fully air-conditioned.

The Space

The front door opens into a beautifully refurbished, sleek modern kitchen, fully equipped for a family holiday and complete with a cool breakfast bar. A step up takes you to the spacious open-plan living and dining area, designed for spending time together — a huge reclining sofa and chaise longue for movie nights on the large projector screen, and a cosy fireplace for cooler evenings.

Various doors lead straight out onto the gardens and chill-out areas, while a bright dining alcove with windows on three sides and a large table for eight makes a lovely setting for family meals and entertaining. A separate reading corner with two chic statement armchairs in eye-catching patterns is the perfect spot for a quiet coffee and a good book.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Bedroom 1: Stylish double bedroom with a 160 x 200cm double bed, fitted wardrobes, TV and views of the garden’s fruit trees.

Bedroom 2: Newly refurbished cosy bedroom with 150 x 200cm double bed, fitted wardrobes and doors opening directly onto the garden and pool area.

Bathroom: Large family bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

Separate WC: With Japanese bidet and washbasin.

Outdoor Living

The 8m x 4m private heated pool is surrounded by wooden decking and sun loungers, with two large chill-out mattresses at one end. Beyond the pool, artificial grass offers more loungers and lounge furniture, while the covered outdoor gym at the other end comes complete with free weights, squat rack and multi purpose cables rack, there is also a hanging rack with TRX outside the gym  — perfect for keeping up your routine on holiday.

A chillout area with comfortable low-level sofas and large cushions sits in the shade of a retractable pergola, and beneath a magnificent olive tree you’ll find yet another spot to relax, with sofas, an armchair and a low table. A decked area shaded by a wooden pergola sets the scene for alfresco dining, with a table seating six.

The Location

Restaurants are just a couple of minutes’ walk away, and Sitges — with its boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches — is an easy 20-minute stroll or a short drive or bus ride. The cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is 40 minutes away, with numerous other attractions within easy reach for day trips.

Things to Note

The villa sits in a residential area with neighbouring homes around the property, though the gardens offer plenty of tucked-away spots for undisturbed sunbathing and quiet relaxation. Mirrored windows provide daytime privacy and help keep the house cool in summer.

Pool heating is available on request during May, June, September and October for an additional fee, with the aim of maintaining a minimum water temperature of 25°C.
