Duplex Casa Del Mar is a stunning designer holiday home situated within an exclusive private complex boasting excellent communal swimming pools and gardens. The duplex is a short 10-minute walk from the sea, offering access to low rocky cliffs and small coves for swimming, while a large sandy beach and café are just 15 minutes away. Casas Del Mar, designed by award-winning architects, graces a hillside between Sitges and Vilanova, offering 24 hour controlled security access.

Despite its peaceful setting, it’s a short 5-minute drive to the vibrant seaside resorts of Sitges and Vilanova. Nearby Vilanova seafront features extensive sandy beaches with various activities, restaurants, and beach bars, making it an ideal holiday destination. Barcelona airport is a 30 minute drive.

ACCOMMODATION

Duplex Casa Del Mar is a bright, attractive and contemporary style 3-bedroom home enjoying partial sea views from the fantastic spacious terrace and benefitting from the use of two superb communal swimming pools. The decor is both chic and comfortable.

The fully air-conditioned accommodation is distributed over two floors as follows;

Entrance Level

The duplex entrance is located on the 1st floor of the building and can be accessed from either the street level or from the garage with private parking.

The entrance opens into a hallway leading to a stylish and bright open-plan living room/dining area that has large doors onto an impressive wooden deck/terrace with views over the complex and out to sea.

The living room is tastefully furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, TV and coffee table. The dining area has a dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests and is conveniently situated next to the kitchen.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with 4-ring electric hob, built-in oven, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a coffee table.

There is also a guest bathroom on this level.

Lower Floor

All the bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located on the lower floor and configured as follows;

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 – double or twin beds (80cmx190cm x 2), open wardrobe and access to terrace.

Bedroom 2 – double bed (140cmx190cm) with open wardrobes, access to terrace.

Bedroom 3 – master suite with double bed (140cm x190cm), bathroom, access to a small terrace.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 – shared between bedroom 1 and 2 – shower, washbasin & WC.

Bathroom 2 – ensuite to master bedroom – bath with shower, washbasin, bidet & WC.

Bathroom 3 – WC and washbasin on entrance level.

GARDENS AND POOL AREA

One of the most appealing features of Duplex Casa Del Mar is the wonderful large terrace with partial views of the Mediterranean sea. The terrace is stylishly furnished with comfortable seating, covered dining area and sun beds.

The terrace offers the ideal space in which to relax in the sun, enjoy al-fresco dining or just enjoy a cocktail.

There is also an additional terrace on the lower floor that can be accessed from all the bedrooms.

The community area features a large main infinity swimming pool and an additional smaller pool. The attractive and spacious gardens surrounding the pool area are very well maintained and provide the perfect space for sunbathing and relaxing by the pool while the children enjoy themselves.

There are sunbeds for guest use and also a changing room with toilets and showers for additional guest convenience.

Fantastic and huge apartment between Sitges and Vilanova. Roof terrace has great morning and daytime sun and pleasant views. Communal pool is a 5 min walk and lovely. Professionally hosted. Would be a struggle if you don’t have a car - walking is possible but quite challenging and there are no shops close by (but plenty of options within a 5/10 min drive). Nearby woods mean there are some mosquitos - bring repellant! Overall had a great stay and would definitely come back.

It was a little tricky getting in and out with all the different keys & locks but it felt very secure. The location was great for privacy and it was very quiet, but I would suggest renting a car to stay here as it was not within walking distance to food/drinks/shopping. It was nice to be located in between Sitges, Sant Pere de Ribes, & Vilanova... many different options for food & activities depending on what you're in the mood for. The pool was very nice as well and the hosts were helpful & responsive.
