A magnificent long pool (22.5m x 3.5m) glistens in the sun, surrounded by plenty of sunbeds for long, lazy afternoons. A large jacuzzi for up to ten offers the perfect spot for evening cocktails under the stars, while two chill-out zones — including a stylish sunken lounge — provide places to unwind.

The double-layered roof terrace is the ultimate chill-out space, with sweeping views over the garden and surrounding countryside. For alfresco dining, the large outdoor dining area with full barbecue is perfect for sharing meals together, and a private outdoor gym with bench and stationary bikes means you can stay active while enjoying the fresh air.

Inside, the entrance opens into an expansive open-plan living area with two large sofas — one facing a massive smart TV with soundbar, the other a cosy wood-burning fire. Floor-to-ceiling glass on both sides invites the outside in, and an internal courtyard with a graceful bonsai tree adds a calming focal point as you head toward the ground-floor bedrooms.

The designer kitchen boasts a huge island, a dining table for ten, and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the garden and pool area, making indoor-outdoor living effortless.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and styled with modern chic furnishings:

Master Suite (Top Level) – Dual-aspect windows, dressing room, ensuite with Jacuzzi bath, and access to the roof terrace.

Bedroom 2 (Top Level) – Large double with desk, views over the pool, and ensuite shower room.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 (Ground Floor) – Doubles (160 x 200cm) with direct pool access, sharing a sleek bathroom.

Garden Suite (Bedrooms 5 & 6) – Spacious double with bath in-room and ensuite, plus a private staircase to a twin/double room below — ideal for a family.

The golden sands and vibrant nightlife of Sitges and Vilanova are just twenty-five minutes away, while the charming wine producing town of Vilafranca, with its shops, markets, and restaurants, is only fifteen minutes from your door.
