The Property

Set over two floors and offering approximately 400 m² of living space, Villa Arizona has been designed for relaxed Mediterranean living. The layout provides large communal areas for dining and socialising, along with multiple terraces and balconies for quieter moments.

The villa combines traditional charm with practical comfort, including air conditioning in all bedrooms (Bedroom 5 with A/C only; others also have ceiling fans). Most beds are singles, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements, alongside one small double bed.

There is private off-street parking for three cars. For security and compliance, cameras are installed in the hallway only (Airbnb compliant)

Living & Dining Areas

You enter the villa through a spacious hallway leading into an impressive open living and dining area with high ceilings, creating a wonderful sense of light and space.

The large living room features comfortable seating including an L-shaped sofa, additional two-seater sofa, fireplace and TV.  From here, doors lead directly out to the garden and pool area.

The indoor dining space is perfect for large groups, with a substantial dining table that can seat up to 18 guests comfortably — ideal for long dinners and celebrations together.

The kitchen connects directly to the living and dining areas, making it easy to cook and socialise at the same time.

Outside, there is an enclosed dining area with mosquito nets, seating 8 guests, with additional tables allowing up to 15 to dine outdoors — perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings.

Upstairs, a cosy landing area with a sofa opens onto a balcony with seating and beautiful garden views.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor space is one of the highlights of Villa Arizona.

The private 8m x 4m saltwater swimming pool is surrounded by natural lawn, providing a soft and welcoming space to relax. Sun loungers invite you to unwind, while the built-in charcoal BBQ at the end of the pool area makes outdoor cooking simple and enjoyable.

The swimming pool has an option to be fenced if required for the little ones.

A dedicated chill-out area offers shade and comfort during the heat of the day, and the various terraces and five balconies ensure there is always a quiet corner to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink.

Situated in the peaceful hills of Olivella, Villa Arizona offers privacy and stunning mountain surroundings while remaining within easy reach of the coast. The lively seaside town of Sitges — known for its beaches, restaurants and year-round atmosphere — is just a short drive away.
