The house sleeps 12 guests with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Most bedrooms have terraces and all bedrooms have air-conditioning.

There is a wood barbecue with covered seating area to seat 12 guests comfortably as well as a gas barbecue. There is a shaded outside eating area with a large table and seating for 12 as well as a sunny area with dining table. Enjoy a few relaxing moments on one of several benches dotted around the gardens as well as sun loungers by the pool. There is a fantastic saline swimming pool with currant machine and table football.

The kitchen is well equipped and inspiring to cook in with bar stools at the island counter for friends to help or chat with.  There are 2 living rooms, one connected to the kitchen/dining area and another separate cosy room to watch TV or read a book in.

Take a splash in the aquamarine pool, relax on a matching lounger, have a sociable lunch on the poolside decking, or the lawn. The sofa is huge and bright with cushions, the mattresses are new, there are books, posters and paintings to entertain you and really gorgeous bathrooms. As for Sitges, it has everything: wineries, restaurants, festivals, fireworks, culture and élan. Who needs a car?

The villa comes with a maid service 2 times a week.

This house is very special as it is so close to the town centre of Sitges, yet in a quiet, exclusive neighbourhood next to the sea and best beaches. The promenade is fantastic for walking into town and heaven for children with roller blades, skateboards and bikes.

The house itself is a beautiful traditional Spanish house built in the 1920s with a homely atmosphere and a lush garden, charcoal BBQ and a saline swimming pool. Restaurants, beach bars and night life are all within walking distance and Barcelona airport is only 30 minutes away.

The Times newspaper January 30, 2016 rated Villa del Mar in Top 50 Secret villas in the Med and said “This immaculately restored 1920’s house in a leafy avenue a minutes walk from the beach comes with seven bedrooms with shuttered windows and high  ceilings. The English owners have packed it with useful touches too, from spices in the kitchen to firewood if needed in winter.
