The house has been thoughtfully and sympathetically designed to provide modern comforts, while the preservation of many original rustic features like terracotta floors, white washed walls, exposed ceiling beams, shuttered windows and open fireplaces ensure that the historical essence and charm of this magnificent property have been retained. Traditional style furnishings are tempered with touches of modern comfort and colour.

A spacious and atmospheric wine cellar with large oak wine barrels houses a large dining table that can seat up to 20 guests in a unique and original setting.

This 850 m2 property offers five twin bedded rooms, one four bedded room (all bedrooms are air-conditioned), four full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a very large sitting room of 80 m2. The house is perfect for large families with children or groups of friends wishing to spend ‘quality time’ within a secluded and peaceful environment. It also provides the perfect venue for a health retreat, business event or wedding celebration. Free WiFi and flat screen TV’s come as part of the package.

The estate also provides its guest with 12 hectares of vineyards, numerous walking trails under pine trees, and a fantastic 12m x 6m private swimming pool with a ‘pergola’ allowing lunch and dinners ‘al fresco’, a tennis court and a ‘fronton’.

Mas Peirot also has a live-in couple (near the main house) who are there for assistance if required.

GARDENS & OUTSIDE SPACES

The outside spaces at Masia Mas Peirot are a delight. There is a beautiful and spacious pergola ideal for al-fresco dining, outdoor kitchen and BBQ as well as several private chill-out zones for quiet contemplation time.

The grounds of Masia Mas Peirot stretch to over 700,000 m2 of vineyards and native vegetation offering unlimited space to wander and relax. There are beautiful mountain views and glimpses of the sea to enjoy from all around the property as you explore the grounds.

The centrepiece of the gardens is the wonderful 12m x 6m swimming pool. After a swim you can relax on one of the plentiful sun beds that surround the pool and enjoy the fantastic countryside views. The more energetic can enjoy a game of tennis or fronton. Alternatively, just doze the afternoon away in a shady corner.

THINGS TO DO

There are so many ways to enjoy the days and nights at Masia Peirot but you’ll find so much to experience and enjoy in the local area if you can drag yourself away.

The bustling seaside town of Sitges is just a 20-minute drive away. Sitges has just about everything you need on a holiday: sandy beaches, cool bars, quality restaurants, fashionable boutiques, festivals, fireworks, culture, nightlife and élan.

Why not visit a local winery such as Torres, Finca Viladellops or Torre del Veguer? The legendary Cava Houses of Freixenet and Cordoniu are not too far away and offer fascinating and insightful tours.

The wonderful cosmopolitan city of Barcelona with its world-class attractions is a 45-minute drive and can also be easily reached by train or bus.

For those looking for more energetic distractions the nearby Mediterranean coast with its golden sandy beaches and numerous marinas offers unlimited opportunities for water based sports and boat rentals. The Garraf Natural Park is close by and provides hundreds of kilometres of fantastic hiking and mountain bike trails to enjoy. There are tennis clubs and several good golf courses in the area.

There is a choice of theme parks and attractions within an hour or so drive including Port Aventura and Ferrari Land, one of the biggest in Europe.
