Luxurious Accommodation

An eco-friendly cooling system keeps the house comfortable during your stay. Operating at sunrise and sunset, rooftop sprinklers reduce the indoor temperature by a few degrees when windows and doors are kept closed. The system uses collected rainwater and recycles excess water, ensuring sustainability while enhancing your comfort.

The ground floor boasts a large open-plan kitchen and dining area with a chill-out zone, opening to the garden through multiple access points. A larder room with two large fridges with plenty of storage and a guest bathroom ensures convenience.

The large living room, accessible via the office, features a massive comfortable sofa, a TV, a log burner, and a separate reading area with armchairs. The entrance hall includes handwashing facilities and leads to a spacious office with an industrial steel staircase.

Bedroom 1: A large double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a part-partitioned area with a single bed, and access to a terrace overlooking the back of the village. Includes built-in wardrobes and two armchairs with a low table.

Bedroom 2: A large double bedroom with an adjoining open room featuring a single bed, a bathroom, and a separate space with bunk beds for children. Includes hanging space and built-in drawers.

Bedroom 3: A double room with an ensuite bathroom and built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 5: A large double bedroom with a separate area for a single bed, a dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom.
