The top floor of Villa Marisol enjoys magnificent views of the whole Sitges coastline while the garden has direct access to the beautiful Garraf Natural Parc with its hundreds of kilometres of hiking and biking trails literally on your doorstep.

Villa Marisol is located in the desirable residential area of Montgavina and is within easy reach of both beaches and amenities. The beaches, cafes, boutiques, restaurants, and numerous other attractions of Sitges town centre are all within 5 minutes by car and Barcelona airport is only a 20 minute drive.

ACCOMMODATION

The interior of Villa Marisol is modern, stylish, full of light and furnished to a high standard throughout. The comfortable and fully air-conditioning accommodation is arranged over 3 floors as follows;

Entry Level

The property is accessed via a private drive that is shared with 2 other houses. The villa is entered at garage level and the floors above can be accessed by stairs or by elevator.

1st Floor

A self-contained unit on the first floor contains two bedrooms with ceiling fans.  One of these has an American King size bed; the other has Queen size bed. Both bedrooms have spectacular sea views and have access to terraces that lead to the pool area. One of the terraces has a ping pong table.

There is a small bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC to share between the two bedrooms, as well as a small kitchenette equipped with double electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric kettle.

2nd Floor

Most of this floor is taken up by a beautiful open-plan living space with lounge and dining area, as well as a spacious and attractive American style kitchen.

The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests, and the lounge area is furnished with a large sofa and armchair, nicely arranged around the fireplace and smart TV.

Large sliding doors provide access to a private terrace complete with large comfortable L-Shaped sofa and egg swing chair. This is the perfect space in which to appreciate the great sea and mountain views while enjoying a drink and watching the sunset.

The kitchen is very well equipped to the level expected of a high-end holiday home, including hob, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc.

There are large sliding doors providing access to the beautiful swimming pool area and dining terrace. The dining terrace has a large table where you can comfortably seat 10-14 guests and there are loungers for 6.

The small double bedroom with built in wardrobes is located along the hallway from the kitchen.

There is also a small conveniently located bathroom on this floor, equipped with shower, washbasin and WC.

3rd Floor

On this floor there are three bedrooms.  First of all is the impressive master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with double washbasins) and stunning 180-degree views of the sea and mountains.

There are two further bedrooms both with a double bed and enjoy amazing views of the sea and mountains.

There is an additional small separate bathroom, with WC, washbasin and shower. This floor also houses a washing machine and dryer and two large terraces used for drying clothes.

Villa Marisol can sleep up to 14 guests (max 10 adults) in 6 bedrooms arranged as follows;

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 – 1st floor – Large double bed (200cm x 200cm), ceiling fan, wardrobe, access to a spacious terrace, sea/Sitges views.
Bedroom 2 – 1st floor – small double (180 x 190 cm), wardrobe, ceiling fan, access to terrace (shared with bedroom 1), sea views.
Bedroom 3 – 2nd floor – small double bedroom (135 x 190cm) with built in wardrobes – sea views
Bedroom 4 – 3rd floor – master en-suite (200 x 200 cm), 2 balconies, epic sea views, 2 large wardrobes.
Bedroom 5 – 3rd floor –  double bed (150 x 190 cm) built in wardrobe, sea views.
Bedroom 6 – 3rd floor – double bed (150 x 190 cm), chest of drawers, spectacular views.

Futon in living room for a further 2 people if required (150 x 190 cm).

BATHROOMS

Bathroom 1 – 3rd floor – Ensuite, bath with shower, double washbasins, WC.
Bathroom 2 – 3rd floor – shower, washbasin, WC.
Bathroom 3 – 2nd floor – shower, washbasin, WC.
Bathroom 4 – 1st floor – shower, washbasin, WC.

GARDENS & POOL AREA

The centrepiece of the sun-drenched gardens is a fantastic 8m x 4m salt water swimming pool. The attractively tiled and spacious pool area provides plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation while enjoying the magnificent sea views.

Directly outside the kitchen area is a dining table comfortably seating 10 guests and a BBQ for outdoor cooking. There is also a very cool lounge area arranged on a separate balcony allowing views over the sea and mountains and with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing.

The terrace on the 1st floor offers a ping pong table for adults and children alike to enjoy.

The rest of the gardens that surround the villa have been left in their attractive natural state consisting of limestone rocks interspersed with aromatic Mediterranean herbs such as Rosemary, Lavender and Sage as well as the celebrated native Margallo palm, Bougainvillea, Jasmine, Oleander, Olive and Lemon trees.

Another fantastic feature of Villa Marisol is that it backs onto the beautiful Garraf Natural Park and so guests can directly access hundreds of kilometres of hiking and biking trails from the property.
