Our ‘Covid Cancellation Guarantee’ is designed to give you complete peace of mind when making a reservation and our ‘Safestay’ policy will give you and your family reassurance when staying with us.
COVID CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
Under our Covid Cancellation Guarantee, if you are prevented from traveling due to Covid 19 travel restrictions imposed by your respective country, or due to Covid 19 travel restrictions imposed by either the Spanish state government or Catalan regional government, we will offer you a credit note for the 30% deposit payment and a full refund of the balance payment.
The credit note can be applied to villa stays taken within 18 months of the issue date. In extreme cases, where it is not possible to travel within the 18 months period due to further government Covid-19 restrictions, a full refund will be offered, subject to an administration fee of 75 Euros.
SAFESTAY POLICY
In response to the recent global health crisis, we have introduced our ‘SafeStay’ policy designed to protect our guests, property owners and our team without compromising on our usual high standards of service and care.
This new policy includes innovative solutions such as contactless check in, virtual concierge service and deep cleaning / sanitisation procedures, all designed to give you and your family complete peace of mind and reassurance when staying with us with us.
