INSIDE VILLA EVA

Ground Floor

A warm welcome begins as you pass through the front garden, filled with large lemon trees and Mediterranean plants. A walkway wraps around to the back of the house, giving a glimpse of the lush garden and pool beyond.

Step inside Villa Eva through the front door and into a bright, open-plan living space. The living area has a comfortable sofa and armchair, ceiling fan, and TV—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The dining area comes with a large dining table and chairs with a charming fireplace, great for evening meals and cozy nights.

A modern L-shaped kitchen offers a breakfast bar, American-style fridge, and direct access to the utility room. To the left of the kitchen, a hallway leads out to the garden and pool. Along this corridor you’ll also find a guest bathroom, a versatile single bedroom/office space and a staircase leading to the upper floor.

Upstairs

On the first floor of Villa Eva, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms and a stylish family bathroom:

Bedroom 1 – Spacious double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and private balcony with table and chairs overlooking the front garden.

Bedroom 2 – Double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 – Flexible single/double room—perfect for kids or additional guests.

Bathroom – Modern with walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

A sun terrace overlooking the garden and pool—ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.

AN OUTDOOR OASIS

The outdoor areas at Villa Eva are where Mediterranean living comes to life. From the front garden to the beautifully designed pool area, every space invites you to unwind.

The inviting private pool is surrounded by decking with sun loungers and umbrella for soaking up or escaping the sun. A shaded porch offers a dining table and a relaxing chill-out area. There is also a built-in BBQ and a second outdoor dining spot for long summer meals.

There is off-street parking for one car.
