The space

Step in through your own private courtyard into a bright open-plan living and dining room — big sofa, armchair, floor poufs and a fireplace to gather around. The kitchen sits just to the left with a small island, so whoever’s cooking stays part of the conversation. Sliding doors open straight onto the shaded dining terrace, so the house and garden blend into one. There’s also a separate office on the ground floor if you need a quiet hour of work.

Sleeping

– Ground floor: double bedroom off the living room, with wardrobe
– Upstairs family room: one large single plus twin beds, playful kids’ décor, A/C
– Master suite: 150x200cm bed, windows on three sides, doors onto a private terrace with a chill-out corner and views

Bathrooms: three in total — one downstairs (shower), a family bathroom upstairs (shower), and an en-suite off the master with a bath/shower.

Outside

– Private heated pool, roughly 6m x 7m, depth 1m–1.7m, with a wide seating ledge by the steps
– The pool can be heated from April to the end of October for an additional fee of 280 Euros per week (minimum charge 280 Euros)
– Pergola-shaded dining table for 8
– Full charcoal BBQ with chimney- Table tennis, football goal, volleyball/badminton net
– Lawn with room to run around

Good to know

– A/C in the living room, master and both upstairs bedrooms. The ground-floor bedroom cools nicely from the living room A/C with the external doors shut and its own door open.
– Off-street parking for 2 cars.
– Peaceful residential setting — great for families, not a party spot.
– A car is recommended at this villa.
– Sitges and beaches are a 15-20 minute drive.
– There are supermarkets, cafes & restaurants within a 5-minute drive.
