Enter through the front gate into a charming private courtyard, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and greenery. With a shaded dining area, it is a lovely place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, lunch or evening drinks, or simply relax with a book.

The house itself is bright, spacious and welcoming, with whitewashed walls, natural textures and tasteful Indonesian-inspired furnishings throughout.

LIVING & DINING

The main entrance opens directly into a wide and welcoming hallway. From here, the stairs lead up to the bedrooms, while a convenient guest WC is located straight ahead. To the left, the hallway opens into the spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which forms the heart of the house.

The living room has two large leather sofas, comfortable individual chairs, a low coffee table, large TV and fireplace. Large sliding doors open directly onto the courtyard, bringing plenty of natural light into the room and creating a lovely connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The dining area has a large table with plenty of space for everyone to sit together and enjoy relaxed meals.

The new contemporary design kitchen is positioned towards the rear of the open-plan area and is fully equipped for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. A large utility room leads off the kitchen and has a washing machine, dryer and additional storage.

There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor, making it particularly convenient for families or guests who prefer not to use the stairs.

BEDROOMS

Upstairs are three further bedrooms, all comfortably furnished and with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Master Double Bedroom: A lovely, spacious room with a characterful beamed ceiling and its own terrace overlooking the courtyard. The terrace has a bench, making it a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee. The room also has a walk-in wardrobe, desk and chair, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Twin Bedroom: A generous twin room with wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Double Bedroom: A comfortable double bedroom with wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

BATHROOMS

Casa Bali has 2.5 bathrooms:

Ground floor: Guest WC with washbasin
First floor: Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and WC
First floor: Bathroom with bath and shower, washbasin and WC

OUTSIDE SPACE

The courtyard is one of Casa Bali’s most appealing features. Cool, leafy and beautifully secluded, it provides a peaceful escape from the town outside. The shaded dining area is perfect for long lunches or evening dinners, while the surrounding Mediterranean planting gives the space a relaxed holiday feel.

There is allocated parking for one car outside the property.
