ACCOMMODATION

Entrance Level:
The main gate to Casa Aruba opens into an attractive patio filled with Mediterranean plants with a simple chill out area, purpose built BBQ and a good sized dining table with pergola if necessary.

Stepping inside the front door of the house, the crisp white walls and elegant grey tile flooring set the tone of stylish Mediterranean living. The entrance opens into a bright, air-conditioned lounge furnished with sofas and a TV.  This space flows seamlessly out to a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens and enjoying attractive views of the surrounding countryside and even glimpses of the sea.

Adjacent to the lounge is a dining area with a table that comfortably seats six guests. Double doors from the dining room provide another access point to the terrace. Beyond the dining area is an additional small lounge area with sofa and a fireplace for the cooler out of season evenings.

The kitchen is separate and accessed through a door from the dining area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes complete with an induction hob and all the essentials for creating delicious family meals. The kitchen also has a door leading out to the patio at the front of the house.

This level also has a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, and walk-in shower.

Upper Level:
Venture upstairs in Casa Aruba to discover three bedrooms. Immediately to your right is the first bedroom with twin beds, a ceiling fan and wardrobes. Next, along the corridor is a family bathroom featuring a toilet, bidet, washbasin, and a large shower.

To the left side of the hallway, you’ll find a bright double bedroom. This room is well-appointed with a ceiling fan and wardrobe space and enoys beautiful views of the surrounding hills and a glimpse of the sea.

At the end of the hallway is the attractive master bedroom with ceiling fan, spacious walk-in wardrobe and views of the surrounding countryside.

The hall way has an air conditioning unit.

Lower Level:
The lower level of Casa Aruba offers additional air-conditioned living space. An open living room offers a desk, two comfortable chairs, a small coffee table and double doors that lead out to the garden and swimming pool area.

A few steps up from the living room leads to a spacious double bedroom equipped with a TV, a ceiling fan, and a wardrobe.

Next to the bedroom, there is a bathroom with washbasin, shower and separate toilet. This bathroom is conveniently located for use by guests enjoying the garden and pool area.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 – Upper level – twin beds, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 – Upper level – double bedroom, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 – Upper level – master Suite, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4 – Lower level – double bed, wardrobes, ceiling fan.

BATHROOMS:

Bathroom 1 – Ground floor – toilet, washbasin, shower.
Bathroom 2 – Upper level – family bathroom, toilet, bidet, washbasin, large shower.
Bathroom 3 – Lower level – washbasin, shower, separate toilet.

Outside space:
The attractive outside spaces at Casa Aruba are perfectly designed to get the maximum enjoyment from outdoor Mediterranean style living. The front patio features a chill-out area surrounded by Mediterranean plants along with a dining area complete with purpose built BBQ, ideal for enjoying al-fresco meals on warm summer evenings.

From the living and dining room on the entrance level, step out onto the large terrace where there is an additional dining area, here you can also enjoy al-fresco dining against a panoramic backdrop of beautiful scenery.

The heart of Casa Aruba’s outdoor allure is the spacious swimming pool area. It features a wonderful 7m x 4m private swimming pool and sun beds for relaxing in the Mediterranean sun. For those seeking respite from the sun, there is a charming, undercover seating area equipped with a small table.
