What makes Masia Nur different to most of the other properties in our collection is that it has been designed as a resort with 9 individually styled and self-contained villas, houses and cottages each with its own kitchen, at least 1 bathroom and a private garden. There are large common areas where guests can come together for al fresco dining, poolside relaxation and other gatherings and events. Even though the retreat accommodates up to 44 guests nobody need compromise on privacy.

The 4,000 m2 of lush gardens at Masia Nur feature a combination of palms, olive trees, fig trees and exotic plants. The beautiful 15m long and south facing pool is surrounded by ample terraces, spaces and palm trees. There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

Despite its beautiful and peaceful rural location Barcelona airport is just 30 minutes away and within 45 minutes you can be in the heart of Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Catalonia. In addition, the sandy beaches of the popular seaside resort of Sitges are just 10 minutes away. The closest village with shops and cafes is a 4-minute drive from Masia Nur and the main coastal motorway is just 5 minutes away.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The main house at Masia Nur has a large kitchen with enough space to prepare meals for large groups. In addition, every unit features its own kitchen or kitchenette. The main house also offers a dining room for up to 25 people and extra dining room has another 20 seats. There is outside dining space for groups of up to 50 guests.

The main house also features a large chill-out lounge for large groups. There is WiFi throughout the property.

The sleeping accommodation is spread over 2 floors of the main house and in 7 individual units each sleeping between 2 and 10 guests and all air-conditioned and have WiFi.

The individual accommodation options are as follows;

Cottage La Premsa – 4 guests – 60 m2

A private and beautiful air conditioned 2-bedroom cottage with garden with exclusive use of its own terraces and outside space.

The cottage offers 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 adults and there is space for a cot if required. Both bedrooms are set up with king size beds and equipped with high speed Internet, a BBQ, an outside dinging table, a Nespresso machine and a washing machine.

Manor House – 10 guests – 330 m2

This luxury farmhouse in authentic Mediterranean style has been featured in design magazines and has the comfort of a modern day property combined with the beauty of bygone days. A romantic, cosy and visually stunning place.

Outside dining with views over the hills, either on the porch with nice chill-out area or on a large table below the fig-tree. The lovely communal swimming pool is located at the side and it’s possible to close the gate to the pool if you have small children with you. The Manor House has 4 bathrooms.

Cottage Chagall – sleeps 4 guests – 69 m2

This romantic house has a centuries old stone bedroom section, completely restored but with its original details and patina. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The living room, dining area and kitchen are added later and have a more modern feel, with kitchen, living-room, a dining-area and direct access to the terrace and private garden.

This country house is completely independent and even offers a small private pool. The larger shared pool is only 50 meters away. There is an outside parking about 30 meters away. At the back terrace you will find a washing machine. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms.

Cottage Jasmin  sleeps 2 guests – 45 m2

This is a cosy and beautiful air-conditioned 1 bedroom cottage with private terrace. The cottage combines a playful yet tasteful flow complimented with authentic finishing and details. It has a terrace overlooking the pool, a dining space, living room and a king-sized bed.

Tuscan Villa  – sleeps 8 guests – 130 m2

Located on the main floor of the manor house and featuring a semi open kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on the same level. One floor down is a private ensuite bedroom and also the outside entrance.

The villa is full of Mediterranean charm with many original features and exotic furnishings. Beautiful antique folding doors provide access to the ample terrace with its magnificent views over the mountains. Enjoy romantic outside dining with views over the hills either on the porch with nice chill-out or below the fig-tree at a large table. From here you have direct access to a large sunny terrace with views over the garden and surrounding hills.

Cottage Orient – sleeps 4 guests – 60 m2

This is a cosy and beautiful air-conditioned 2-bedroom cottage with exclusive use of a private terrace and outside spaces.

This 2 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 4 adults or children and there is space for a baby cot. There´s a queen and a king sized bed, a bathroom and living area/kitchen. There is also high-speed Internet, a BBQ, an outside dining table, a Nespresso machine and a washing machine.

Casa Los Arcos – sleeps 4 guests – 60 m2

Casa Los Arcos is a tasteful furnished and air-conditioned cottage with its own private garden. The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests plus baby and offer 2 king-size beds and 1 bathroom. Fibre optic ensures high speed internet access and there is also a BBQ, washing machine, coffee maker and all other amenities you would expect in a quality holiday rental.

Casa Azul – sleeps 6 guests – 100 m2

The house has high ceilings with wooden beams, a fireplace and a private garden. Of the 3 bedrooms, one offers an ensuite overlooking the hills and the pool area. There are 2 bathrooms in total. There is WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine a working fireplace and satellite TV. Ideal for families or parties of to 6.

Casa Olivo – sleeps 2 guests – 45 m2

A cosy and beautiful air-conditioned 1 bedroom cottage with private terrace. It has a terrace overlooking the pool, a dining space, living room, a bedroom with king-sized bed and bathroom.

OUTSIDE SPACES

The 4,000 m2 of lush gardens at Masia Nur feature a combination of palms, olive trees, fig trees and exotic plants. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen facilitates all catering needs you might have. The beautiful 15m long and south facing pool is surrounded by ample terraces, spaces and palm trees. There is parking space for 12 cars and if needed there is ample parking space on the quiet road leading up to the property.

Please Note: As Masia Nur is situated in a residential area no outdoor music is allowed at any time, including in the pool area.
