Casa Els Cards is a delightful holiday home designed in classic rustic Catalan farmhouse style. With its beautiful 8m x 3m private swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean gardens, it makes an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday in the sun. The house is well furnished to a good standard and is fully equipped with everything necessary to make your Sitges holiday a memorable experience.

Despite its peaceful location, Casa Els Cards is only a 2-minute scenic drive to the centre of Sitges with its abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants, and miles of golden sandy beaches. The villa can be reached in just 30 minutes from Barcelona airport.

ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation at Casa Els Cards is conveniently distributed on one level. The property is entered via the front gate into a large courtyard newly tiled and planted. This leads to the entrance of the house that takes you into the bright and open plan living space, offering a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining area and living room.

The lounge area is comfortably furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and a large smart TV.

This area has two ceiling fans and air conditioning.

To the left of the dining area is the first of the three bathrooms, and to the right is the first of the 3 bedrooms. The master suite and the double bedroom are located off the hallway leading off the open plan area.

Casa Els Cards can sleep 6 to 8 guests in 3 bright bedrooms and 2 bathrooms arranged as follows;

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 – Master Suite – Double bedroom, wardrobe & ceiling fans and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 – Double bedroom, wardrobe & ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom with small wardrobe.

Living Room – Double sofa bed for a further 2 little guests.

BATHROOMS

Bathroom One – bath & shower with bidet, washbasin & toilet.
Bathroom Two – shower, washbasin & toilet.
Bathroom Three – Ensuite to Master – Shower, washbasin and toilet.

GARDEN AND POOL AREA

Casa Els Cards is positioned in the middle of 700 m2 of terraces and gardens. To the right of the house is the centerpiece of the garden, the 8m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing. To the left of the pool and tucked away under the palm trees is a shady pergola with comfortable lounge area.

Between the pool and the house is the outdoor dining table with the BBQ located close by.

We stayed in villa Casa Els Cards in Sitges for 9 nights with total 6 persons. The accommodation was exactly what we expected and needed. Very comfortable and complete with all accessories and linen. Fantastic swimming pool and barbecue and just 5 minutes from Sitges-centre and it's beaches. Lovely city which we enjoyed much. Just beautiful.

We were guests in this holiday home in the first week of August 2021. Everything is in top condition (except for a few small signs of wear and tear, such as a room door that doesn't close - or the artificial lawn, which is no longer completely green), but these are really minor details compared to the overall condition and location. In the house you are completely to yourself and the whole area is fenced and really private. The communication with the agency was excellent - we only had contact on the outward journey but it was very nice and helpful. Everything went smoothly. The town of sitges is really nice with lots of great beaches and bays - even a dog beach is 15 minutes away by car. The promenade of sitges is about 7 to 10 minutes by car and so are the supermarkets. A trip to Barcelona is of course always worthwhile - we can highly recommend this property, the agency and the place (Translated)
