The bustling popular seaside resort of Sitges with its abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches is just a 5-minute drive. 

The Los Vinedos residential complex has its own tennis club and restaurants. The area also offers unlimited opportunities for sports and activities such as mountain biking, hill walking, tennis and numerous water sports.

Barcelona centre is just 35 minutes by car and Barcelona airport only 25 minutes.

ACCOMMODATION:

Villa Boho sleeps up to 6 guests and has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a bright and cheerful central lounge, kitchen, and dining room. Each room has been thoughtfully designed to lead to the lush and inviting garden. This single-storey holiday home is filled with bright Mediterranean light and has a scattering of cheerful house plants and a modest Boho-chic style.

The home’s entrance leads directly to the central sitting area, open-plan kitchen, and dining space. When you turn to the left, there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. To the right of the dining area are two additional double bedrooms and a large ensuite bathroom.

The first bedroom on the left of the entrance has sliding glass doors that lead directly out to the swimming pool terrace. A bathroom with a toilet and shower sits just outside this room.

A door opposite the bathroom leads to a large laundry room with a washer and tumble dryer, the perfect amenity for long stays and families with children.

Make your way to the centre of the home, where a sitting area with large sliding glass doors and billowing white curtains allow pools of light to fill the space. A shag rug covers the tasteful laminate flooring, and a comfortable sofa looks out to the garden where a bright bougainvillea overhangs the entrance, inviting your outside.

Adjacent to the sitting area is a stylish kitchen complete with everything you need for a self-catered family holiday. The built-in appliances include an oven, microwave, induction hob, and fridge-freezer, while an espresso machine sits on the sparkling white countertop. A small door in the kitchen opens to the front garden, allowing a cross breeze to cool the room on hot days.

To the right of the kitchen and lounge is a spacious dining room with seating for six guests at a sturdy glass-top wooden table. This room has garden access on two sides, creating an L-shaped opening to the swimming pool patio, bringing the outdoors in while you dine.

To the right of the dining area is an ensuite double bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a window that overlooks the garden. The large ensuite bathroom contains a separate shower and bathtub. One more double bedroom with a window to the garden completes this side of the sprawling single-storey home.

Bedroom 1 – Ground floor – double bed, vanity table, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the covered patio, which can be closed and used as an indoor lounge area with a wood-burning stove – Fan if required.

Bedroom 2 – Ground floor – double bed, built-in wardrobes, window overlooking the garden with A/C.

Bedroom 3 – Ground floor – double bed, window overlooking the garden – Fan if required.

Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1 – Ground floor – large walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet.

Bathroom 2 – Ground floor – ensuite, bath with shower, washbasin, toilet.

Bathroom 3 – Ground floor – ensuite, bath and separate walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet.

GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL AREA:

The private and sun-drenched garden is Villa Boho’s star attraction, complete with a furnished, covered patio overlooking a beautiful turquoise swimming pool. This space is ideal for bringing family and friends together for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday under the Spanish sun.

The Mediterranean garden has a 6m x 3m swimming pool surrounded by fragrant lavender, bright bougainvillea, and palm fronds overhead.

Overlooking the pool is the covered patio with bifold glass doors that remain open in the summer, providing a chill-out area ideal for winding down after a day of exploration and fun. The L-shaped sofa, plush cushions and coffee table are your invitation to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail alfresco. The wood-burning stove completes the scene, providing warmth and ambience on cooler nights.

Bordered with colourful Mediterranean plants, this private garden has comfortable lounge chairs, parasols, and a wide, bohemian hammock strung between the trees.

A gas BBQ makes it easy for guests to grill up their favourite Catalonian meats and veggies, ready for outdoor entertaining and alfresco dining on the warm summer evenings.
