Masia Victoria is a restored 15th century private Catalan manor house located on the edge of the small town of Sant Pere de Ribes and just 5 minutes from Sitges and the coast. Barcelona airport is only 25 minutes away.

Beautiful Masia Victoria enjoys a tranquil setting and yet is within easy walking distance of the town centre with its shops, cafes and restaurants. The house has been exquisitely renovated to a very high standard both inside and out and with many of the original character features retained.

Exposed wood beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled flooring and pastel shade walls have been cleverly blended with chic furnishings and all possible modern comforts.

With 14 air-conditioned ensuite double bedrooms, a huge dining room, 3 very large meeting rooms, several terraces, and a vast private patio with an infinity pool shaded by beautiful palm trees, Masia Victoria is the perfect location for large group holidays, business events and weddings.

INTERIOR

The masia has been sumptuously decorated with modern furnishings and colourful artwork and with 400 m2 of interior floor space there is ample room for guests to enjoy their stay in this unique and impressive country house.

There are several private sitting areas both indoors and outdoors for guests to relax during their stay. The large, professional kitchen comes fully equipped with everything your chef needs to create a delicious meal. There is an expansive indoor dining room seating 28 for formal meals or guests can choose to enjoy a meal outside on the huge terrace.

Three meeting rooms are available for business groups and there is a beautiful large, high ceiling bodega for special functions. Weddings, corporate retreats and family groups are all welcome at Masia Victoria, although there is a noise curfew at 10pm due to the residential location.

The house has been thoughtfully and sympathetically designed to provide modern and hi-tec comforts, while the preservation of many original features like wooden window shutters and doors, tile flooring, large fireplaces and beamed ceilings ensures that the historical essence and charm of this magnificent property have been retained.

GARDENS & OUTSIDE SPACES

Outdoors, there are several terraces spread out amongst many different levels with sitting areas as well as two large private patios. The centrepiece of the outside space is without doubt the stunning 11m x 4.5m four-sided infinity pool shaded by beautiful palm trees and providing the perfect place to cool off after a day out sightseeing.

The pool is located within an enclosed central courtyard enabling guests to wile away lazy summer days around the pool in complete privacy. Al fresco dining is a delight on the beautiful shaded terraces with seating for up to 35 guests.

A BBQ is provided. There are also various chill-out areas with plenty of comfortable patio furnishing providing the perfect places in which to relax with a drink. Other shady corners offer private retreats for quiet contemplation out of the hot afternoon sun.

Masia Victoria can accommodate up to 35 guests for outdoor events (total 70 guests both inside and outside). However, there is a noise curfew at 10pm due to the residential location and so daytime or low-key evening events are better suited.

We had our family reunion in Masa Victoria the last week of July and had an amazing time. The house is gorgeous and beautifully restored. We all loved every minute we spent in the house, with its nice pool and its lovely settings. The location is perfect. Sant Pere de Ribes is a charming and peaceful little town with nice restaurants and shops, and easy access to Barcelona and Sitges. You can take the E14 bus that takes you to downtown Barcelona in 45 minutes for only €4. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. Sitges is also a short drive away that has amazing beaches and restaurants. I hope to go back there one day for another reunion and repeat the amazing time we had there.

Masia Victoria Sitges is awesome, 15 big rooms, chic and cozy decoration, lovely gardens and terrace including chill area with swimming pool. It is everything you can ask for on holidays or for an event. I spent a weekend with a group of colleagues, and I will rent it again for a big family or friends meeting, or even for wedding. Extra tip: ask to the owner about the catering company of this son, he is a chef, and his team delighted us with delicious dishes. On top of this, location..unbeatable.
