Despite its secluded rural location, Mas d’en Giralt is only a 10-minute drive to the highly popular holiday resort of Sitges, 30 minutes to Barcelona Airport, 40 minutes to the city of Barcelona and a few minutes to two major motorways.

The Masia offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are two large living rooms with traditional high beamed ceilings, one with the original drawings on the wall and a large woodburner, the other opening out onto the lovely gardens at the back of the house and featuring a rustic fireplace for those cooler out of season evenings.

The Masia is entered through the large dining room. To the left, through the original front door, is the very rustic kitchen with a step up dining area and larder room at the back.

To the right of the dining room a few steps up take you to the first of the living rooms with original drawings dated back to 18th century and a wood burning stove.  The living room has a wonderful floor to ceiling window, making the room full of light and giving a sense of space.

At the back of the dining area there are steps down to the second of the two living rooms. This is an impressive room full of original features. There are seating areas, a large fireplace, a selection of books and a door leading out to the gardens.

Next to this sitting room is the first bathroom featuring a shower, plenty of character and high beams.

There are 5 double bedrooms in total, all very large and bright and with character windows and high ceilings.

The Master suite is very spacious with high beamed ceilings and a large bathroom.  The bathroom has two doors one from the Master suite and the other leading to a hallway where two other bedrooms are situated.  Bedroom 4 and 5 are connecting.

The beautiful gardens are well stocked with natural Mediterranean plants and offer sunbathing areas, cool shady spots and secluded seating and dining areas.  The huge network of hiking trails on the Garraf Natural Park can be accessed directly from the garden.

Bathroom One – Downstairs – Large feature filled room with shower, sink and toilet

Bathroom Two – Very large bathroom with bath, shower, double sinks and toilet

Bathroom Three – Bath, Shower, Bidet, Toilet and Double Sinks

Other Information:

The Masia is located in a little hamlet with two other farmhouses.  One of which has horses that are available to ride at a small charge.

There is plenty of parking just outside the Masia.
