Nestling in the rolling pine covered foothills of the Garraf Natural Park, this magnificent estate offers complete seclusion and privacy and yet is just 10 minutes to the delightful beaches of Sitges and an easy 35-minute drive to Barcelona Airport.

Guests at this spectacular country manor house can ramble freely over the 600 acres of the estate’s stunning private parkland while enjoying the panoramic views over the surrounding hills. The secluded location of Casa Nova Estate allows guests to enjoy the stunning 15m x 7m infinity pool and sun terraces in complete privacy.

The beautiful facade of the house is quiet spectacular with its Mediterranean style ochre coloured walls, terracotta roof tiles and clean white windows frames, while the interior of the house has been sympathetically restored with many of the original character features retained.

The house itself has undergone complete renovation to a very high standard and now provides a wonderful location for a large group holiday as well as the perfect venue for weddings, celebrations and business events.

INTERIOR

The house has been thoughtfully and sympathetically designed to provide modern and hi-tec comforts, while the preservation of many original features like wooden window and doors, tile flooring, large fireplaces and high ceilings ensures that the historical essence and charm of this magnificent property have been retained.

The masia has been sumptuously decorated with modern furnishings and colourful artwork. The living room features a cozy fireplace and natural light from doors that open up to a terrace. Nearby, the spacious kitchen is equally bright and comes fully equipped.

Serve your home-cooked masterpiece in the dining area with seating for up to 20, or keep things casual by firing up the barbecue and dining alfresco.

Casa Nova Estate is a substantial private residence with a living area of over 400 m2 for guests to enjoy. Even when fully occupied the house is still large enough to allow you as much space and privacy as you like.

There is plenty to keep all guests entertained with satellite TV, DVD, video player, video games, music system, guest computer and plenty of books provided.

GARDENS & OUTSIDE SPACES

Without doubt, the centrepiece of the beautiful gardens at Casa Nova Estate is the stunning 15m x 7m infinity pool with surrounding sun terraces and manicured lawns. Guests can wile away lazy summer days lounging on one of the many cushioned sun chaises arranged around the pool edge in complete privacy while enjoying panoramic views.

Kids will love the playground with slides and sandpit and all the family will enjoy the ping pong table.

Al fresco dining is a delight on the beautiful shaded terrace with seating for up to 30 guests. There is also a large BBQ area and other terraces with plenty of comfortable patio furnishing providing the perfect places in which to relax with a drink.

There are other shady corners around the gardens offering private retreats for quiet contemplation out of the hot afternoon sun.

The grounds of the masia stretch to over 600 acres and there are stunning mountain views from all around the property.

Casa Nova can accommodate up to 250 guests for outdoor events.

Me and my now husband chose to get married at Casa Nova, and stay for a week with our closest family and friends. It was a trip of a lifetime! Casa Nova is a magical place, set up in the hills, the villa is pure paradise. It is evident that the villa has been so carefully curated, and no element has been forgotten, as special touches are sprinkled throughout. The villa has a wonderful rustic meets luxury feel, with features such as a stone-crafted sink in the kitchen and sumptuous beds in every, very individual, bedroom. All the guests staying were blown away when they arrived….

Wow, what can I say, my English son married his American sweetheart and we had family from both sides of the Atlantic stay at Casa Nova for the wedding and a short 7 days holiday. The road leading up to the villa was fun, but the villa itself, the views, the amenities and everything about it was simply stunning. Its only 40mins drive from Barcelona airport and only 15 to 20 mins to the middle of beautiful Sitges, although you can find Lidle, Aldi and Caprabo shopping and restaurants at the end of the dirt mountain track about 10mins from villa. The owners were wonderful as were the staff and wedding planner on the day of the wedding. A magical time we will always cherish.
