Entrance Level
The entrance of Villa Montenegro leads directly into a grand and spacious, open-plan living room with magnificent arched stained-glass windows that simply flood the room with light.

The L-shaped living room is beautifully furnished with two large sofas, a coffee table, TV and a small dining table. At the far end of the living room are two impressive glazed doors, one leading to a library and the other to the magnificent dining area.

The elegantly furnished dining area offers a beautiful dining table with up to 12 chairs, providing the perfect space for an atmospheric meal. The modern kitchen is conveniently located next to the dining area and is fully equipped with everything necessary for a family holiday. There is plenty of workspace for food preparation and serving and also a small breakfast room. The kitchen also has access down to the gardens and pool area.

A short flight of stairs leads from the kitchen to a large utility and ironing room.

Also on this level and accessible from the hallway is a study complete with desk, comfortable seating and plenty of books. There is a small but conveniently located bathroom with shower and toilet.

The First Floor
From the entrance hall an attractive marble staircase leads up to the first floor where 4 double bedrooms are located, all with ensuite bathrooms and access to either a terrace or balcony.

There is a magnificent master suite that features three aspects, large french windows, original marble patterned tile floors and high ceilings all combining to create a sense of light and calm. The room also has an original fireplace, ensuite bathroom and a study and wardrobe area both accessed through beautiful glazed doors. There are three sets of french windows providing direct access to a long balcony.

Along the hall a small double bedroom comes complete with wardrobe, armchair and ensuite bathroom.

Further along the hall is another double with wardrobe, armchair and access to a large outside terrace overlooking the pool with a partial view to the sea.

The remaining double bedroom, functioning really as a second master suite, has large wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with a tub, a small table and chairs and direct access to the first floor terrace.

At the very end of the hallway is a door leading out to the large terrace overlooking the pool and gardens that is shared with the two rear double bedrooms. The terrace offers a peak at the sea and plenty of space for sunbathing or simply relaxing on the comfortable lounge seating.

Upper Floor
Located on the upper floor is a beautiful little tower hideaway – offering a spacious and light filled studio/double bedroom with fantastic 360-degree views of the sea and Sitges. This bedroom is equipped with a double bed, chest of drawers and a small ensuite bathroom.

BEDROOMS – All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 – Grand master suite with ensuite, study/dress room, balcony & A/C.

Bedroom 2 – Double with built-in wardrobes, ensuite, balcony & A/C.

Bedroom 3 – Small double with built-in wardrobe, arm chair, balcony overlooking the pool & gardens, small ensuite bathroom & A/C.

Bedroom 4 – Large double with three double doors leading out to the terrace overlooking the pool area. Built-in wardrobes, small table & chairs, ensuite bathroom & A/C.

Bedroom 5 – Top floor – double or twin beds with stunning 360-degree views of Sitges & sea, small en-suite bathroom & A/C.

An additional two people can be accommodated with a small double sofa bed or two single Z-beds.

GARDEN & POOL
The centrepiece of the garden at the rear of the property is without doubt the beautiful 10m x 5m private swimming pool, which is surrounded by plenty of terrace space for sunbathing or simply relaxing on one of the six sun loungers that are provided.

On the other side of the pool is a shaded garden area with a lounge area – complete with low tables and comfortable seating, adjacent to an elevated covered terrace with a large dining table with seating for up to 12 guests. This is the ideal space for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is a built in BBQ area for outdoor cooking.

The attractive front gardens planted with lush palms and other Mediterranean plants also has a table and chairs and offers an alternative outside space for dining or just relaxing.

The large terrace that is located on the first floor also offers a lounge seating area and can be accessed from two of the bedrooms on this floor. This is another space in which to chill, enjoy a drink or perhaps lose yourself in a book.

The gardens can be accessed from either the front of the house or directly from the kitchen.

– There is off-street parking for up to 4 cars on the premises.
– All 5 bedrooms have Air Conditioning.
– Unfortunately, Villa Montenegro is not suitable for wheelchair users.
