Villa Soler is a luxurious modern villa located in one of Sitges’ most exclusive residential areas and just 160 meters from the seafront and beautiful sandy beaches. The town center with its cafes, boutiques, and restaurants is a pleasant 5-minute stroll away.

This premium villa boasts 1,000 m2 of private Mediterranean gardens with a stunning 10m x 5m swimming pool at its center. Large terraces and lawns provide ample space for sunbathing and al-fresco dining. Villa Soler offers 240 m2 of contemporary Mediterranean living with modern furnishings and high-quality amenities, making it an ideal holiday retreat for discerning guests.

The villa offers luxurious accommodation arranged as follows;

The Main House

This luxury villa features a cool, white-washed lounge and dining area with a large picture framed window overlooking the pool and gardens. The lounge has a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a flat screen TV, with DVD player and a docking station. The dining area has a beautiful contemporary dining table with modern brightly color chairs to complement it.

The dining area leads into the fully equipped and modern kitchen with an open window view to the dining and living room area. The kitchen also has access to the gardens and a useful utility room. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite has an ensuite and double doors leading out to the pool area and gardens and also has built-in wardrobes and air-conditioning. There are a further 3 bedrooms and a bathroom along this corridor, all have built-in wardrobes and air-conditioning.

The Family Room

The family room is accessed via the terrace to the right of the main entrance. This is a beautiful, large white-washed room with a great sense of calm and tranquility. This is the family room and offers sleeping for up to 4 people with either a double bed or three singles.

This room also offers a lounge area with seating along one side and an open fireplace for the cooler out of season evenings. There are double doors leading out to the terrace and pool area. There is a very chic family bathroom with large shower and sink, and a toilet. In addition, there are plenty of built in wardrobes and full A/C.

Utility Room

A utility room is available at the side of the villa, which also features a separate single bedroom with a shower room.

Bedroom 1 – Double ensuite, built-in wardrobes, access to pool & gardens.
Bedroom 2 – Double with built in wardrobes & A/C.
Bedroom 3 – Twin with built-in wardrobes, A/C, access to the pool & gardens.
Bedroom 4 – Twin with built-in wardrobes and A/C.
Bedroom 5 – Family room with double bed plus two foldout beds offering sleeping for 4, plenty of built-in wardrobes, fire place and lounge area leading out to the pool & gardens.

BATHROOMS

Bathroom 1 – Newly reformed ensuite with shower, double sink and toilet.
Bathroom 2 – Newly reformed bath with shower, double sinks & toilet.
Bathroom 3 – Family room with large shower, sink and toilet.
Bathroom 4 – Utility room with shower and toilet.

OUTSIDE SPACE AND GARDENS

The villa is set in 1,000 m2 of beautiful gardens with a level lawns, beautiful flowers and Mediterranean plants. The center-piece of the garden is the fantastic 10m x 5m private swimming pool with ample space for sunbathing all around. There are plenty of stylish sun loungers and ample poolside seating.

There is a large outdoor dining table with seating for 12 guests and a BBQ area. There is also a trampoline to help keep the kids entertained when they are not in the pool. The gardens are flat and provide the perfect place for the children to run and enjoy themselves safely.

– Linen and towels are included in the price. A complete linen and towel change is available for 15€ per person.

– Further maid and babysitting services are available upon request.
