ACCOMMODATION

Entrance Level:
Upon entering Villa Olivia, you’re welcomed into an open plan living and dining room, complete with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a large TV, and a cosy wood burning fireplace. The dining area offers a table seating up to 6.

The entrance level also hosts three bedrooms: a bunk room with optional extra bed space, a bedroom with a high bed and desk underneath, and a double bedroom equipped with a desk. These rooms share a conveniently located bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.

Central stairs from the living area lead up to the private master suite, creating a comfortable and practical layout for families and groups.

Upper Level:
The upper level of Villa Olivia is dedicated to the master suite, a spacious and exclusive retreat designed for ultimate comfort and privacy. Equipped with air conditioning, the suite features a large, comfortable double bed with the option to add either a single or double bed, making it versatile for varying guest needs.

The ensuite bathroom is well-appointed with double sinks, a toilet, and a large walk-in shower. Adding to the charm of this suite is a small private terrace, perfect for enjoying quiet mornings or serene evenings with a view over the hills and the pool area.

Stepping down to the lower level, you’ll find the swimming pool area, complete with sun beds for lounging after a refreshing dip. This relaxing space also includes a large table, a bar, and a brick and gas BBQ, making it a fantastic spot for entertaining.

Families will appreciate the securely gated turfed area with a trampoline and plenty of room for safe play, ensuring a worry-free holiday environment where children can enjoy themselves.

The new double air conditioned garden suite is found near the entrance of the house, offering a private and comfortable space for a couple or teenagers wanting their own space.

Villa Olivia has a good sized drive way with space for up to 3 cars.
